    An absolute stunner of service! I have received my phone in the package I was looking forward to receiving it in, prices are unbeatable compared to what's ever out there online and retail stores. Shipping arrived on time and I'm truly happy that I made business with them. Looking forward towards my next purchase from them in the future.

    Just had my order come in from them today, called them to make sure I know what I'm getting because some people online claimed that they have not received what they purchased and asked for, but gladly mine came as advertised brand **************. The router Hotspot that I bought from them works perfectly well with my ************ that I use for work. All and all I'm extremely happy and might consider another purchase from them in the future.

    I am very impressed with their processing times. They show 3-5 business days for order processing but I guess I was lucky enough to get mine shipped quickly within the following day. Arrived sooner than expected, thank you so much!

    I recently purchased the Moto G power (2022) from electronics force. The phone was supposed to be unlocked but upon receiving the phone it was carrier locked by ******** After calling customer service the only response I got was that it wasnt compatible with my carrier and I must return the phone. Do not waste your time with this company. At first it looks legit but it really is just another scam dont fall for it.

    Bought a phone that was broken. They said they would fix it under warranty. Paid to ship it to the company. Weeks went by with no communication. I called and they said it would be sent in the next week. It never arrived. I called and they promised a manager would call. No one called. I called back several times and demanded a fixed phone or a refund. They said I had to pay a $95 charge which was never mentioned before. This company is a scam and will steal your money.

    I had a really good experience at the store tonight. The associate who helped me was ****. He was so clear and so fast to give me the information that I needed. He also helped me set up my new phone very thoroughly. I got a chance to talk to some of the other associates, and they are all great, in my opinion. Just as the store was about to close, I saw a customer come in, who was very demanding and disrespectful. The electronicsforce associates were very respectful and clear with him, even though he was just way off base. I felt very inspired by how they were dealing with this narcissist. Having spent some time with these associates, I really do believe that they are there to do their best work and give the best service possible. Ideally, it seems like it would be best to make an appointment to come into the office (which i live close to). This is because, they really do want to take the time to handle all the customer concerns without keeping people waiting. Honestly, this is now one of my favorite stores online. I never thought I would say that!
