    Had a phone purchased from them and I even went with the extended warranty for 2 years. After a year of having the phone they were kind enough to replace the phone for me after it had stopped charging because of a battery issue but that was my fault for using cheap chargers rather than reliable big brand ones. I'm over all very pleased with cellification as their reps were always honest and straightforward with me.

    I ordered a ******** edge 2020 but recieved a 2021, when I went to get it activated it was locked. At first I was really discouraged. But I spoke to a man in customer service that went above and beyond to help me work it out. The problem had a solution and mistakes happen! I think their customer service is awesome.

    A company that sells phones online with absolutely no hidden fees or trying to force you into buying anything is a company that I can trust. Unlike most phone sellers out they, cellification is the outmost reliable source for purchasing phones online.

    A new phone merchant in the biz and they are top notch! They sell exactly what is advertised and communication on shipping is solid! They also have fantastic customer service if you have any questions, and their prices are fair to whats out there. Im glad i made business with them, they know their job! I would buy again!

    They sold me a 3g phone made 12/15 that is totally worthless. They told me to send it back and they would refund my money but I pay shipping and 15% restocking fee. If they sold me an outdated worthless product I don't trust them to give me my money back. They need to send me an up to date phone I can use.

    Great and overall easy purchase. They have such a massive catalog for phones, some of which I didn't know people were still buying out there. Just got my new ******* Galaxy s23FE, and I'm extremely satisfied that I made business from them. Phone came as advertised, shipping time was fair, and overall fantastic communication in terms of my order. I would buy again.
