    Hello,Im reaching out regarding my recent order placed on July 24, with **** tracking number [9402 1501 0579 4000 0421 48]. From the ******* link coming from your website the order is #**** According to the tracking status, the label was created on July 24 and marked as Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending on July 25 at 11:37 AM in ********, ********. However, there has been no movement or acceptance scan for over 6 days, which strongly suggests the package is either still awaiting pickup or was not properly scanned by *****Could you please confirm:Has the package been physically handed off to ****?If so, can you contact your local post office to check its status?If not, please re-ship the item with expedited shipping, or provide an alternate solution as soon as possible. If nothing can be done, then please provide a refund ASAP.I am concerned about extended delays or possible loss, and Id appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this.Thank you,**** *******

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have reviewed your order (#****) placed on July 24, 2025 and the corresponding **** tracking number **** **** **** **** **** ***
    Your order was processed and shipped from our ********, ** facility on July 25, 2025. The Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending status means the package was physically dropped off at **** but may not have received an initial acceptance scan due to **** scanning delays, which unfortunately can occur.
    Upon further review of the tracking history, **** attempted delivery on August 9, 2025, at 2:53 PM and left a notice, as no one was available to receive the package. The package is currently being held at the local post office for pickup or redelivery.
    To address your concerns:

    The package was shipped on time and is now awaiting your pickup or a redelivery request from ****.
    Resolution Offered:
    You can contact **** with your tracking number to arrange redelivery or pickup at your local post office.
    If you prefer not to receive the package, we can arrange for it to be returned to us and process a refund once it arrives back at our facility.

    Poor customer service, poor communication, poor policies regarding an order. Nothing is stated when placing the order, regarding the Shipping Address, or the Shipping Policy. I could have easily addressed the matter, had I known about it up front.I ordered a cell phone, and have repeatedly contacted the company, as the item hadn't been shipped, according to the tracking information provided.Now, the item is out for delivery, in MT, and I'm in **. At no time, until I again checked the tracking status, was I advised the item wasn't being delivered to what I specified on the order, until today.

    we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please Be advise if we unable to verify you shipping address with your credit card issuing bank your order will be shipped to your billing address
