              Local rep got us started and then delays have lasted for 4 months. Contacting our representative was impossible as his email is no longer functioning, and it appears no one from company is monitoring his mail. Emails to company are not answered. I cancelled my loan agreement and the contract for installation is void now as no good faith communication has occurred to keep me updated on progress. this has been a very disappointing experience for us.
