            Received a product (LuciLight) as a gift. The light split a seam and became inoperable. I tried to work with customer support but it appears their main job was to keep asking for the same information over and over, claiming I didn't send it, in an attempt to just wear me down. Total runaround with no intention of honoring the warranty. One response from support was "The serial number of your product shows it is over a year old and therefore out of warranty." It may be over a year old but it was purchase from *********** six months ago. I'm not sure how long it sat on a shelf in the warehouse but that should not void the one-year warranty.

            This company has horrible customer service and they only communicate via email. I submitted a return after receiving the instructions via email. They do not provide return labels so I returned the original product, unopened in the original packaging through the **** priority mail (I had to pay the return shipping). After several emails to inquire about my refund, they informed me they could not locate the package. I patiently waited several weeks, then months, still no refund. Finally I was emailed back they had located the package and would process the return. Never happened! Several emails later and after I submitted a complaint to my bank, they promised a refund. The refund was never processed by them. Again, they received the unopened product and the final email told me to "stand by" for a refund. Nothing, just a lie and they don't care.
