I ordered online from this website a eyeglasses TAG heuer Frame in Orange color.Since they were the only one who has this frame I also ok them to do my lenses on this frame . I input my RX from my lates eye dr *************** days later they email me and said sorry we dont have the frame you ordered and we cant get it because Tag Heuer is out of business.. I said ok then in that case I like to cancel the entire order and get a refund.They refused.They tell me read our policy, we cant refund you because we already cut the lenses for you.I was trying to say it is not my problem that you cut the lenses I only ordered the lenses from you because of the frame you sale me other wise why do I need to order lenses from NY?? I live in **********..They still didnt want to refund and made me send my frame ( was also Tag in different color)And say once we receive your frame we will install the lenses we cut and charge you for the lenses only. I said ok.. I didnt have other option at that point.Then two months later I did receive my frame with the lenses they installed but it was not even close to my RX or to the original lenses that I provide with my frame. I could not use them totaly blurry .. I notify them of the issue and they say well you input the numbers RX wrong.. ok maybe.. but you had my glasses before you installed you should check and copy my lenses thats what he said they going to do. At that point they say ok send us our lenses back then and I sent one more pair of my eyeglasses for them to copy from the lenses so no mistakes will be made by any one.. so at that point I am out two pairs of my own eye glasses and $749 they charge my cc I got noting. Today is Dec 23rd still got nothing. So I finally disputed the charge. Now they mad because I dispute and dont want to return my original eyeglasses. I attached one of the owner response to that.
