1 starDo waste your time and money with this company. I in good faith order *** *** prescription glasses from them on Oct 24th and here it is Nov 15th and I just received notice that my glasses have shipped. I've order glasses before from Zeelool and Zenni and and both times received my prescription glasses in two weeks. I contacted Designer Optic at the two week **** and was told the Ray *** frames I order was out of stock. At no time did anyone reach out to let me know the frames were not in stock. I did not have the option to choose another frames that were in stock or to cancel my order. When I address all this in email. I received generic answers and replies which were the same I heard from other who call about their orders. I was told that once my glasses were ready they will expedite them to me. Expedite means I should receive my glasses within one of two days of them shipping not five days later that is regular shipping. I hope to God when I finally do receive my glasses they are perfect so I can be done with this company. Truthfully at this point I really just want my money back.Review fromGrant A

1 starNice website but ******** customer service! Over 1 MONTH to get my order! And no emails on delayed shipment, etc. I will never order from Designer Optics ever again. And I recommend that you buy your glasses from somewhere else! I do NOT believe the positive reviews here!Designer Optics Corp.

1 starI ordered Oct 12 and received the wrong style glasses and they are kids size today on Oct 31. This is my second time in 3 years placing a order with this company and that was a bad experience as well. Starting the process of returning the wrong style and size glasses now and I am worried how this is going to turn out.Designer Optics Corp.

1 starAbsolutely terrible customer service!! If I could give them 0 stars I sure would!! I ordered a new pair of glasses from them, obviously paid for the, and have NEVER received them!! I have tried numerous times to contact them through ***************** & received no response! The message on their phone says they are closed for the holidays!! LOL....exactly which holiday is that?? It's no wonder why they are not accredited with the BBB. I truly believe this is a SCAM and plan to get a refund from my bank first thing tomorrow morning!!Review fromFaycal B

1 starSAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!This is a total RIP OFF company and the reviews reflect the quality of this business. EVERYTHING is set up for them to make money off the sale regardless if they make you a quality product or not. They are making the lenses themselves in the bottom of the basement and I highly doubt this person is qualified seeing how EVERYONE has issues with their lenses. Be on the safe side and visit your local store. Never again and this place needs to be put out of business. ??Designer Optics Corp.

1 starI ordered glasses and paid $25 to have the order expedited with 2-4 day shipping. I did not receive a tracking number on this order so I contacted support which told me that they have a processing time of at least a week before shipping - which is not stated on their website when selecting a expedited shipping. I then called their support to get this order cancelled and talked to a representative that had to call the lab - which did not answer, then had to call a manager which did not answer. The representative said they would call me back after they finally got ahold of the manager, they did not call me back. I spent two hours on the phone trying to get my money back since they do not honor their shipping request. I finally called a third time and they said they would issue me a refund. We will see if they actually give me a refund. Be aware of these business practices.Designer Optics Corp.

2 starsI have a mild perscription less than -2. I ordered the Ray ban 5114. They came to me with the lenses sticking out of the frame. I immediately emailed them and then called them. The customer service guy was all about having the problem solved until the next day. He said I should have ordered thinner lenses. I have ordered these same glasses from numerous places and never have they ever been given to me in this manner. I could understand if my perscription was stronger but it's not. They could have atleast called me to make sure I was aware that the lenses would putrude some. They aren't always about customer service. They want me to pay almost $200 to have different lenses put in after paying over $200 the first time. Now I'm stuck with glasses that I can not wear bc the stick out so badly. It's ridiculous that I have ordered them time and time again and now I'm being told my perscription is to strong and should have ordered the thinnest option, no refunds, no fixing with out paying another $200. I will never deal with them again. Sad bc all of my children and husband wear glasses. That's a good amount of money to be made by another company now.Designer Optics Corp.

We would like to explain that according to the nature of your prescription with a (mild) small number in ********** though a higher number in the cyl will cause the lens to protrude. 1 starI purchased some prescription sunglasses online from Designer Optics and paid nearly $300 for them. When they arrived I found that they were made incorrectly: there was an aberration in the lens; the manufacture of the prescription was off. When I called and told them, they said that I had to ship the sunglasses back for inspection. After a few weeks I got a cryptic e-mail telling me they found no problems with the lens.I called and their customer service rep told me that I would NOT get a refund, NOT get a partial refund, or EVEN get a remake of my sunglasses! I was screwed! They accepted ZERO blame for their manufacturing blunder since "you provided the correct prescription". Their ONLY solution? BUY ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION SUNGLASSES!!Designer Optics Corp.
