      On August 16, 2022. I paid Levin Law group to *** my neighbor for property encroachment along my driveway. They assigned Attorney *********************************** to my case. I gave all needed documents, photos, bills and property surveys. *********** contacted my neighbor, my neighbor did his survey and his lawyer wanted to settle. On Feb 20, 2023 I was told they backed away from settling.On Febuary 28, 2023 I sent my Lawyer *********************************** pics of my garage roof falling in due to neighbors extension over my roof and heavy snow. I called, left voice messages, email and tried to make an appointment for phone conference for consecutive months; April, May, June, July and September of 2023; no communication with him at all. "He is busy", " he is away from his desk", "He'll call you back" is the typical phone response. I wanted to know whats going on with my case. Why doesn't he answer my emails or calls? Did he received the garage pictures? I wanted to proceed with my case in court or have my neighbor take down the wall and repair my roof or get a refund from the law firm because they can't help me. It looks like I hire the wrong Law firm!

      Do not hire this law group, they are disrespectful unprofessional, lack communication skills, unresponsive, and the entire office staff has a toxic work culture and environment! Don't be fooled by the low price it will cost you more in stress, energy, and money when you have to fire them and lose your retainer as I did! $400 2- ******************, paralegal- I meet him on my first visit to the office which I had to go in person because I needed them to process my paperwork so I could submit a counteroffer to go into contract on a property after they Ignored my phone calls, my emails, and my requests for this to be done promptly. When I walked into the office and requested to speak to my paralegal, because they were ignoring my request to speak over the phone, he proceeded to walk towards me in a very aggressive manner, yelling at me, threatening me with physical bodily harm, cursing and threatening to call the police because I was requesting my paperwork to be processed before 5 o'clock. The office manager finally came out, was able to have that man pushed away into a back office, and made him leave. The office manager pulled my file, within a matter of 10 minutes my paperwork was done, and I was able to submit it for a counteroffer. I told her before I left to have the lawyer call me and I want to have a meeting about what just took place. They took ***** off my case and replaced him with ***************, the paralegal. 2- ***************, paralegal, and ******, office manager both screaming and yelling, personal insults, mocking and threatening me. After sending emails and phone calls throughout the morning asking Soleil to call me because I had a list of questions that need to be answered. when I called the front desk to let them know I was coming in for in personal meeting because they were avoiding my emails and my phone calls I was mocked and mimicked by the girl receptionist. I cant fit the complete terrible experience I had with this company here.

      Absolutely not. Client paid 1/2 of our legal fee and got the services for that paid legal fee. He was rude and threatening and almost had the police called twice because he was behaving in an intimidating manner towards the females of the office.

      No ********************. You are a liar. I also have video in the office.  We should have called the police on you when you refused to leave and were trespassing.

      My brother passed away in 2020 ,hired the firm , flat fee to get ******* of adm. **** submitted the forms to the court sometime in October of 2020 . I would call to get status and was told by his staff they havent gotten a file number yet , I had to call many times before anyone got back to me . On 07/01/21 **** said the court need affidavit of ,asset completed it was submitted blank. How could the firm submit form without completing asset portion .Bottom line most of the people in that office are rude including ********. I called on Jan.4 2022 for an update no one in office would get on phone ,I ***************************** tell receptionist to tell me they havent heard anything. finally Jan. 05, I took matters in my own hands , called the court. Lucky I was able to connect with someone who was able to pull my file and said it will in the judges desk tomorrow . After I did all work I sent email on Jan 5, requested a refund . because I did the work.and refused to deal with such rude and arrogant people. Refused to refund. On the Jan 6 I get an email ,good news **************** the clerk informed us ,the decree will be signed today. What a joke . I knew it was being done because it was I who did all the work. Refused my request said, that once he get ******* of Adm. from the court it will tell me what I have to do and thats it, there is no more legal work. That not what his ad. says. Jan 28 ,I call ,where are the adm. ******* , no response.Jan. 31 I emailed ** ********************** again stating this is my 3rd email asking where are papers . His response in bold ******* ,we are all waiting, as soon as we get them you get them, Finally Feb 18 still no *******, I contacted office no response . I proceeded to call the court . Unbeknown to me , they did rec. the ******* they were signed by the court on Jan. 11th ,told attorney has ******* need to call him. He said court made error on ******* returned them to court Jan. 25. Never informed of issue. Long story short rec. ******* in March 2022.

      There was no advise given.this entire process was all about where are these adm. ******  As he himself said the advise was the letter he would send me along with the adm. ******* with instructions thats it no further legal work required thats the end . Thats what  he calls advise. As a matter of fact prior to my contacting the BBB I sent Mr.levin an email and he has yet to answer it. Thats when I decided to contact you and may also  contact 7 on your side and would like to get in touch with the bar association , because of the unprofessional way I was treated. To get any response from the firm it required  me calling and emailing several times before I would get a response and even then he would not address all my questions which required me to send an other email asking him to answer all my questions and his response to me was he would choose which question to answer since my emails didnt require more then one answer. This is no way to treat a paying client.  This entire matter has been very frustrating . Unfortunately the firm requires to be paid in full long before they deliver the service . the entire matter circled around where are the adm. ****** and as I said it took me contacting the court and getting the matter taken care of and even then it took another 2 months before I received the adm. ******. The process was started on Oct. 2020 and finally after many calls and emails did I get the adm ****** on March 2022 . It is not right that I had to pay the firm the entire fee before they delivered any service. That a problem because like it or not your stuck . Im just sorry I didnt take action sooner .

      THis was for two letters of administration for my deceased parents. I paid a retainer fee, filled out lots of forms, sent multiple times, Also had to use some 3'rd party web site they insisted on to pay court fee twice, months go by with no response, then tell me I have to do the stuff myself. Why did I pay them in the first place if they want me to travel across state lines for every little thing. I live out of state and needed a local to deal with the courts, now I'm out thousands and still have no letter testamentry or administration.

      Unfortunately the client has not signed the documents needed to submit to court.  We have been waiting for 4 months and have spoken every month telling him he needs to sign documents before they are filed with the court. He has not signed and keeps calling asking for the same update. There is no update...please sign the documents.

      I hired the Levin Law Group firm and provided a $425 payment for legal representation for the sale of my condominium located at:: *********************************************************. A contract was signed by both buyer and seller on 10/17/21 with a 10/7/21 deal sheet stating a closing date: "on or about 60 days from contract signing". The Levin Law Group sent me a 10/18/21 email confirming the contract signing which stated "an average 60 days to close a condo sale with financing." I sent various emails to Levin Law between at the end of November and throughout December 2021 requesting the status of mortgage approval and closing date with no responses at all. On 12/13/21 I wrote a formal email complaint and after an hour of insistence with a secretary via phone I managed to voice my complaint of no response directly to Levin ********** manager , ***************************** who finally managed to get a response that the closing could not occur because the required application was not ready for submission to the condo board meeting on 12/18/21. I was told the closing had to wait until shortly after the next Jan. 18th board meeting. Between 12/18/21 and 1/18/22 I wrote numerous emails to Levin Law inquiring what the status of closing will be after the board meeting on 1/18/22 and received no response. The board approved the condo purchase on around 1/18/22 and after numerous email inquiries to Levin Law a issue with the buyer's mortgage company arose, as told through my agent, Levin Law made no response or confirmation. I tried to impose a strict deadline of 2/18/22, which is 5 months after the contract was signed and 3 months beyond the deal sheet stated and contractual mortgage contingency periods of 60 days. Today, 2/18/22, via email, I demanded that Levin Law issue what they called an essence letter, to protect me in the event that the buyer does not close on a firm date. Via email Yevgney Levin of Levin Law Group refused to issue the demanded letter to further protect me and quit.

      Having a very negative experience and have lost over a year of time with Levin Law in **.They have take my money time and time again to settle the estate of my grandmother, who passed away with a will, but have not shown any proof of of work completed and refuse to respond on timely fashion. I have never experienced such unprofessional behaviors . What is my recourse?

      ********************** is very well aware that his file is in the backlog of the Kings County courts.  He emails every couple of week...and knows the exact status of his file. He is rude and obnoxious to my staff and I will gladly refund 1/2 of his legal fee so he can go elsewhere.

      We retained this law firm for a deed transfer and irrevocable trust. When creating the irrevocable trust the IRS document with the EIN number for the trust had my name misspelled. Therefore, I cannot not create an account for the trust. This document for the EIN was received 9/10/21. On 9/13, I e-mailed the lawyer informing him of the issue. On 9/15, the lawyer replied and said he would check to see if he could create a new EIN or mail a request to have the name corrected. This was the last correspondence from the lawyer despite several emails from myself on September 15th, 19th, 27th and October 11th asking for a follow up on the situation. The week of October 4th, after getting no response to three emails asking for an update, I asked to speak with a manager. I was transferred to the voice mail of a manager and left a message and have not gotten any response. We have paid in full for the trust, but due to an error on part of the law firm I cannot make an account for the trust. ,

      We are still waiting the final result.  Contact has been made by the company and they have taken action to correct the issue, but the issue is not yet fully corrected.  I understand the correction may take 4-6 weeks to complete, but I do not want to close the case until I have received the corrected information.

      Money was given for law services for a letter of administration and nothing was done. They have excuse after excuse. I've been patient due to pandemic and a supposed fire at their offices but they ignore my calls and haven't done anything except take my money.

As I have been telling you, you need to sign a NEW petition, which you refuse to do. We cannot help you unless you sign a new petition and all of your relatives sign waivers.  I told you this 3 times in the past month alone.

      Hi on May 11 2021 Kate U******** at Levin Law told me that she receive my refund of $21,750 which i had paid down on a house. She ask where to send my check, i email my address which is *** **** *** *** * ***** ****** ** ***** i also ask her to overnight the check or i can go and pick it up myself it is now June 4th and i am still wating . But what make me nervous is since then i cannot get a valid answer from her and after several phone calls and emails she said she is waiting for the check to be clared then deposit to my account why is that ? If you said i have your check where to send it why are you now waiting for it to be clared to deposit to my account ? And when you call she does not speak to you everything goes through her receptionist . Please help me get my money back.
