I have had a positive experience with this law group! I first used them in 2021 to purchase a co op with my mother. Everything from contract to closing went smoothly. Two years later when time to sell the property I already knew the law firm I wanted to represent me. The owner steps in whenever needed and is always courteous and kind in our email correspondences. So far in the selling our first buyer fell through, but it looks like we have a backup already and hopefully we can pick up where we left off! With gratitude.

A Nightmare Experience with Levin Law Group I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to engage with Levin Law Group, and my experience can only be described as abysmal. From start to finish, every interaction with this firm was a demonstration of their incompetence, lack of professionalism, and disregard for client satisfaction.My journey with Levin Law Group began with a seemingly simple task: drafting a contract. Little did I know that what should have taken a matter of days turned into a painfully protracted process spanning over a week. Despite their promises of efficiency, I was left frustrated and bewildered as I waited for them to provide me with the contract I needed. Communication was virtually non-existent, with my inquiries often met with vague responses or ignored entirely.What struck me as particularly astounding was their audacity to demand a retainer fee upfront. Given the glacial pace at which they were moving, it felt like daylight robbery. It was as though their main priority was squeezing as much money as possible from their clients while delivering absolutely minimal service in return.Not only was the timeframe of their work exasperating, but the quality of the contract I eventually received was shockingly poor. It was riddled with errors, ambiguities, and contradictions a clear indication that they hadn't taken the time or effort to review their own work before sending it to me. It became evident that attention to detail and legal acumen were not priorities for Levin Law Group In conclusion, my experience with Levin Law Group was a ***** reminder of how a seemingly professional facade can mask utter incompetence. From the agonizingly slow response times to the abysmal quality of their work, there is nothing positive I can say about my interaction with this law firm. I strongly advise anyone seeking legal assistance to steer clear of Levin Law Group unless they enjoy disappointment, frustration, and a complete waste of time and money

This client did not like the contract used by 99% of real estate attorneys in ********. A contract published by the ****************** to use for *********** Closings. A contract that has been used MILLIONS of times in ********. His complaint about the lack of time to respond? The contract was sent on August 7th. Changes were negotiated with opposing counsel August 8th. Deal fell apart (unrelated to the contract) August 9th. The client needed a scapegoat, so he is blaming my office.
