    WARNING Dont trust them returning your security deposit! The first lie to keep the money: saying the new tenant hadnt paid the security deposit and had to retain mine until then. I had to find the new tenant on my own to verify the information, I had a hunch. The tenant had payed the security deposit months ago before moving in, and they were kind enough to give me proof of payment, YHT Management would have kept my money. I had to do their job so I could get whats legally mine. Afterwards it took weeks of them lying everyday saying the check was going to get sent, stalling via email. I ended up having to file a complaint to the *************************************** and let them know so they would give me the money.

Please know that we strive to return all security deposits within a 14-day time frame after the lease ends, and any delay in your case was an exception, not a reflection of our usual practice.We understand how frustrating this situation must have been for you, and we take full responsibility for the miscommunication.     This management company is ABSOLUTELY TRASH. for starters we did not receive our mailkey or packageroom pin # for 2 weeks after we moved in. Even after contacting them every single day they did not help us and then gaslit us saying that they already gave us a key. Then followed up with "someone has attempted to come out twice to give you the key" and the entire time it was in a lockbox attached to the front door and they just had to give us the pin to get in it.... So they don't know where they place their property and obviously don't know how to keep records of it.P.S. their address is fake and if you try to show up to their business address it is just some apartments... like it is insane the level of unprofessionalism spewing from this company. Then I tried to get my internet set up where I was told by the 'after hours super' that he knows nothing about my apartment and they are closed today and he can't do anything for me and kept repeating he doesn't know where the key is.... Like the fact that his role in this company is so much of a joke is laughable. So I called him back and said "are you not the after hours super?" And continues to say he doesn't have the key and so I'm like call your boss and find out where it is?? And he just repeatedly calls me rude and talks over me and the. Hangs up on me! Literally insane.Anyways no matter how nice their apartments look do not rent through them. They use "Evergreen realty" when renting out their properties which is equally as sketchy. *DO NOT RENT FROM THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DEGRADED AND GASLIT BY YOUR LANDLORDS*

    Be prepared to live in squalorfilthy, deteriorating buildings managed by YHT. They REFUSE to clean or maintain their buildings after a year of constant maintenance requests. If you ask for basic cleaning of shared spaces they say they informed the cleaner but nothing ever happens. Sharing photos to warn others and make sure that this will pop up if someone searches YHT. THIS IS THE CONDITIONS THEY FORCE THEIR TENANTS TO LIVE IN- soot-covered floors, dangerous spills, roaches, mold. They take advantage of good people, harassing for rent while letting their buildings rot. I pray one day ************* makes an example of these criminals- a truly evil, heartless company making their tenants ill with their unsanitary and toxic buildings.
