  As Salaam Alaikum. I ordered a few items from this store a few days ago. I received notifications that the packages were delivered bu they were not. The tracking indicated that the packages were delivered to a "DOCK" and signed by someone with the initials OH. I live in an apartment complex and my initials are NOT OH. I contacted the merchant and they told me there was nothing they could do. They did not even try to help by contacting *** or anything. This is happening 3 days before *******! This company are crooks ! Do Not shop here. If your package is lost they will not help you!

  Their stated return policy is a lie. I made my first purchase and received part of my shipment. There was one item that didn't fit, so I started a refund. Then, I received a second package with the remainder of my shipment, but one item needed to be exchanged for a different size. I was unable to do that online and reached out to customer service. I received this response: *********************** (Urban Modesty)Mar 3, 2024, 11:35PM (7 hours ago)to me Salaam, Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, there is only one return per order; therefore, we are unable to allow another return!Customer ************ Line: ********************************** ---I actually wanted to exchange my items and, before receiving this poor response, I was going to purchase other items that I saw. Very disappointing and buyer beware!

  I have ordered 4 abayas paid more than $200 one abaya is missing, and the one more abaya I ordered isnt here, but a maxi dress I received,The only one that was correct was the black lace abaya. Terrible customer service DONT BUY HERE I just dont want the two abayas anymore, this whole process was exhausting,I dont want the abayas. After so many emails and insta chats I got an email for my pre-order but I dont want or need them. Because I didnt receive when I need them,so please just refund the both of them. I didnt ask for a pre-order, so please cancel it.Worst customer service.

  Updated a day ago Dont Buy Here - Very Dishonest They are a bunch of scammers hiding behind religion, and arrogant to boot! They took $125.00 from me and now as of 8/26 2023 have not delivered anything. I requested several times to cancel seeing the order went unfulfilled for 12 days. They dont answer emails and are ghetto when they do. They get some woman thats a sales clerk in Brooklyn to call me to say she didnt know why customer service was asking her to fill my online order because she only interacts face to face with clients. *** ordered from them since 2019 and are official done with their @Made in ************************* sweatshop. Update:! Please read sellers response specifically saying ***** is one of their vendors. There are Muslims called Whigars (not sure of spelling) but they are slave labored. Obviously thinks ***** has a ladies garment union, 401k, competitive wages and retirement. Get a grip Hunty. Travel to *****! Sellers response is trying to control the narrative with thinly veiled attacking the validity of my opinion. Be advised I read other reviews similar to mine and see a pattern of taking payment and NO

  My experience was terrible I ordered 2 abayas, they advertised that they would come before Eid. I ordered on 4/1/2023, *** said that a shipping label was created on 4/7/2023, however the items never shipped. Eid was on 4/21/2023. I save sent multiple messages and barely get a response, I even wrote them on Instagram. I get no answers.

  I ordered 6 dresses total, 5 M and 1 XL, when I received them, 4 were fine, two of them they just threw in there, one was a size * and the other one had the original tag cut off and looks like they were trying to pass it off as an XL. The nightmare began from there. I had ordered the xl to wear for Eid and I had to buy another dress to wear. The back and forth that I still am going through with them since June. They have the WOR*T customer service, never answer their number, which is a red flag in itself, respond after a week, very shady way of doing business. They said they would issue a refund for the * dress they sent, but gift card for the xl as it was a clearance item. OMG, who in their right mind would want to deal with them again. They have bad reviews posted everywhere and they keep deleting them. I will not keep quite and fight till I get every cent of my hard earned money back, I used *hop pay and have placed a stop payment for dispute. Warn everyone you know about this company who claim to be Muslims but are so dubious. Anyone reading this and want to take this matter up more seriously, let me know, I am up for it.
