    I went through the process of informing Urban Modesty on the Shop pay platform that I never received my clothes. I received back a message directly from Urban Modesty customer services department That 2 items were out of stock and that a new order was created to ship them to me. I never received those items. I never received any of the clothes that I paid for or chose on my order. I did, however, receive one item that looked nothing like what I chose on the platform and there is no skew number for it because it wasn't something that I chose...I also never received any $10 gift Certificate from them like they claim to have sent me. There was nothing on thier website alerting customers that items were out of stock before allowing them checkout or even informing me that my clothes were not available before charging my card. I was informed however after noticing that my order never arrived that I will receive a $10 gift Certificate that doesnt expire torwards a purchase on thier website urban modesty. This does not cover the cost of a purchase that was $216.76.

    I ordered 3 items from this business on 08/17/2023 worth $138.32. I paid extra for expedited shipping in 2 business days. I emailed them and told them what is taking so long they told me it was shipped. I have the *** app and it says label created but package not received yet. Its been since 08/24/2023 and till now 09/01/2023 still says the same thing I havent received my item yet. This business needs to be shut down, they take peoples hard earned money and they dont care about their customers at all. They have a self serve website that isnt secure at all they try to steal peoples information on their website.
