    I placed and paid for an order on June 25th, Order #******. I havent received my order to date. I have written emails to Orbisify and they wrote back claiming my address was wrong and order could not be delivered. I verified my address with them and its been weeks I have no shipment nor refund and now no one replies to my emails. Im seeking for my refund and if possible compensation for all the time and stress they have put me through.

    On January 31, 2023 I ordered (3) Baby Bed Rail Guard Height Adjustable Anti-Collision Guardrails.I paid $119.97. My order number is #******.They shipped these guard rails to me separately. I received 2/3.I never received the 3rd product. March 27th I emailed them inquiring about the 3rd paid for product and they respoded that it was redirected back to them and asked whether they could reship to me. Since then I have written them many times, confirming my address and finally asking for a refund for $39.99 - they did not respond.May 9th I started a new thread to ******************* (there is no published phone number to call) with the subject "Incomplete Order - [Order #******]" and they respoded "We are unable to reship because your case is being reported nearly 6 months later and we are unable to confirm".It is 4 months (not 6) and I have email threads of all the past months trying to resolve this. They intiatlly acknowledged that they needed to reship the item and then went silent to finally say they will not do anything. They can confirm. I gave them the history of emails and order number. Now it is too late to cancel this on my credit card. I would either like the item or a billing adjustment. Please help.******

    I ordered a product for my newborn baby (due in May) off of their website on 2/8/23 and never received it by the date I was told so I contacted them via email which was the only option available. After multiple attempts and no reply I finally received the product but it wasn't what I ordered at all. It was something completely different. I, again contacted them via email and they actually responded asking me to send a picture. I sent the picture and they asked if I would be willing to keep it and get a partial refund. I told them I would either like my money back or the product I thought I was buying initially. They haven't responded and are no longer responding to me at this point. It was $***** and something I don't need or want. I would have never spent the money if I would have known this was going to happen and now I'm out ***** and still need the product I originally was trying to purchase. Very upsetting.

    I order a product on January 20, 2023. I reached out to check the status of my order and to receive a tracking number. I was told the item was shipped and I should receive a tracking number via email within 12 hours. I have never heard of waiting 12 hrs for a tracking number for a product that was already shipped by third party or not. I reached out again on the January 31st to check on that tracking number that didnt receive. No response. Needless to say I didn't receive a tracking number or the product. It is now February 11th, 2023 and I haven't heard anything from this company regarding my order, but I keep getting marketing emails. I will never reorder from this company again. At this point I just want my money back and yall cam keep the product.

    I purchased a remote control school bus on December 13, 2022 for $49.99 plus shipping $7,99.It arrived in a cardboard box that had been bubble wrapped. The box was not in the original packaging as shown on the website.. Also, the remote for the bus was not as shown on the site, but rather one for a truck. Obviously, the toy did not work.I've contacted support@orbisify with this issue and did not get the one to two minute response as advertised. I want the bus sent to be replaced with one that works with no additional shipping or handling charges

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Orbisify regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     My contact with Orbisify has been on their chat line.

    I asked for a replacement of my my purchase in the advertised packaging with the remote for the bus, not the truck.

    The package sent to me was just  bubble wrapped bus in a cardboard box and a bubble wrapped truck remote.

    Or, a refund.

    The Orbisify chat offered a 30% refund only with the original product being retained by me.

    I did consent to this resolution and said I would contact BBB after I recieced the refund.

    I was told that the refund would not be sent until after I removed  my BBB complaint.

    I did ask for clarification of the exact amount of the refund, when the refund would be sent and how the refund would be made.

    I have not heard from them since.  Time line with Orbisify chat 17th - 20th.

    Avoid - Incentives for 5 star review and item not as described and no free return on orders under $59 I ordered some swim goggles that claimed to have prescription polarized lenses.The order page states 14-day free returns.************************************************************************************************* The lenses were not polarized as stated in the listing so I contacted ************ to request a free return. They then pointed me to a page that stated free returns only apply to orders over $59 and that I could either keep for 50% off or pay for return shipping to ***** which would be more than the value of the item or I could keep the item at no charge if I left a 5 star review on trust pilot and positive review with the Better Business Bureau.I purchased with Amazon Pay so after repeated contacts with ************ and letting them know I would do a chargeback if needed, I have filed an Amazon pay A-Z claim in the hopes of getting a full refund for an item not as described.Trustpilot and BBB both state that reviews are given without payment or incentive. ************ offered an incentive for a 5 star review... I would leave a ZERO star review, if I could, given this negative experience with the vendor.

    I placed an order on July 17th 2022. I ordered 6 items for a total of ***** through my Amazon pay. I received everything but one item. I have sent several emails to the company about this and a resolution, to no avail. I want my product or a refund. The product was toddler sandals. The cost *****.
