    I recently purchased under-cabinet lighting from Orbisify and I couldn't be happier with my experience! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely stellar. They provided timely communication and kept me informed every step of the way, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The product itself is fantastic! The slim profile of the under-cabinet lights fits perfectly in my new kitchen, and they look amazing. The quality is top-notch, and they provide just the right amount of illumination to enhance the space.

    If I could give them less than one star I would. I emailed them on the deadline date of the 14-day return policy. However, they refused to accept my return because it was six hours past the delivery time on the 14th day. There was no indication of this very specific turn to the policy, the customer service supervisor, *****, would not budget and said that the system does not allow for returns if the return is 9 hours past the delivery time. I cannot imagine that is true. This company has no empathy, has a horrible and misleading return policy. Do not purchase from this company!

    We have strict return policy of 14 days, so all the customers have 2 weeks time to test and use the products, if the customer don't like it we return it for free within that time, but once the deadline expires we won't be able to offer returns anymore, please kindly understand that, thank you!

    I won't even give them a star. Worst customer service! Takes forever to even get a tracking number and it is a scam..the tracking information is a scam! I asked for a refund and they said no! Which is what I expected as a scam! I will be filing a fraud dispute. Fraud fraud fraud!!!!!

    This company is the worst. I ordered a $50 umbrella that was faulty right out of the box. Orbisify did not answer the customer service email or the chat function, and there's no phone number to call for support. What a scam and disappointment. The Brooklyn address is super deceiving.

    I had the pleasure of interacting with this company via their customer service recently. They were informative, knowledgeable, and prompt. I cant say enough good things about their customer service. Im waiting on the product to arrive, but Im sure I will be equally as pleased.

    I ordered a toy for my son from this company. They were never able to provide tracking or eta. They have no phone number only a chat window whose response is always I will have my customer care team reach out to you. I finally received an email from a gmail address saying they are busy and will ship when they couldI finally receive the package about 6 weeks after ordering and it was NOT at all what was pictured on the website. $70 wasted!! Stay away from ordering anything from this company.

    This company false advertisement. Advertising they sell ******* thermal cups. They are not ******* and one of mine was broken ( cheap plastic) therefore I was not even able to use if I wanted to. They wanted to do a partial refund and replace broken product. I bought these with the assumption they were *******. My girls dont want without name on it They should emphasize these ************************* product.

    Im concerned that there a lots of products for babies that have been recalled for suffocation & choking hazards that orbsify is still selling on their site.
