If the item has been opened or assembled - but is in perfect condition - a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
If the item has been opened or assembled & returned in used or damaged condition, then a 50% restocking fee will be applied.
All demo models are final sale & cannot be returned (only repaired).

The cost of labor / repair is also not covered in the warranty.
