On November 19th, I purchased: Order #****** Sun Sequin Embroidered Knit Cardigan Color: SUNNY MOOD BLACK Size: XS Qty: 1 For $315 dollars. It arrived around December 2nd, 2023. It doesn't fit as I would like it to, so I have chosen to return the sweater. I visited FarmRio's website ******************s to initiate a return, but got (and continue to get as of time of writing) an error that says "Item not fulfilled" and I'm unable to initiate the return process online. On December 4th, 2023 I reached out to ******************************** to initiate a return. I received a prompt response from "*******" saying she would check with the "operations team". I have reached out for an update on December 7th, and December 11th and received no response to date.Customer Answer

On 11/24/2023, I placed an exchange order with Farm Rio. They offered me $268 credit if I ordered something else instead of asking for a refund. I did order something else that totaled $211.68. There was nothing stated that I had to use the $268 all at once. My new order totaled $211.68, so I thought I would have a credit left for a future order. Well, no, they said after the fact that I had to use it all. I stated I was not aware and that policy was not listed anywhere when the $268 was offered. I should have a credit.My second issue is that I had an item to return and had until December 8th to have it post marked. I had it post marked on Dec 8th and have a receipt. They still charged my credit card for the item. I am waiting for my refund. I have sent emails but no reply even though they state a reply will come within 48 business hours. There is no phone number to speak with anyone, so I am at their mercy. This company used to be top knotch. They have really declined in the past few months.Initial Complaint

On 11/21 I placed an order for two dresses which totaled $347.50. After seven days I hadnt received any shipping updates, and the order remains unfulfilled I tried contact the company several times with only one response, claiming the would look into the matter, but never responded with their findings. At this point they need to either ship my order or refund my purchase. They cannot hold on to my money without providing the product.Customer Answer

This company appears to me to be extremely unstable and their customer service is extremely unhelpful If not non existent. The experience with them today honestly makes me suspect that they are engaging in fraudulent if not deceptive retail practices. I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago on November 21st during their Black Friday promotion and as of today December 8th the order is still listed on the tracker as unfulfilled meaning that my $1000 order is still in processing and has yet to ship - 14 business days later. Giving the company the ******* of the doubt because they just had a large sale, I waited over a week to ask about the status of my order. I got no response. I followed up a few days later, no response. At this point Ive tried reaching out to customer service multiple times and not a single person from the company has responded. Even though the website says that they respond within one business day. Given the amount of time and energy Ive already exerted just trying to get a timeframe for when and if my package will be delivered, my next step will be to file this transaction as fraud. Im not sure how long is a reasonable amount of time to wait for a clothing order to leave a warehouse, but I can definitively say that this is by far the longest amount of time and surely the most disrespectful company as it relates to customer service/satisfaction. They could very well have not listed a customer service contact email and I wouldve been happier because then at least I as a customer would know what I was signing up for.Initial Complaint

I purchased two of the same dresses in 2 different sizes on Oct 31, 2023. I was told I they would be delivered between 5-9 days. I have been keeping up on the shipping info on the app Shop and it says the order is still just placed and nothing else done. I have spent $550 on these two. I reached out via email and chat with no response. All I want is either to have the dresses sent out or to have someone respond and help issue a refund.Customer Answer

I purchased a dress online for $243.27 on November 2, 2023 for an upcoming event and I accidentally bought the wrong size and put in the wrong address. The dress still says unfulfilled so I am trying to be refunded before the dress ships so that I dont have to wait until the dress ships to an incorrect address. I have emailed the company multiple times and have received no response. They say that they will respond within 24 hours and I received no response. I purchased a dress for $163.20 on August 5, 2023. I received my order and it was too small. I attempted to return the dress and the returns interface would not allow me to return the dress claiming it to be final sale. I have screenshots of the dress listing and their returns policy. No where does it say the dress is final sale The return policy states items marked as final sale can not be returned. This item was not marked final sale. I have emailed the company twice with no response. I have called during business hours with no response. Their messaging chat is never available. I placed an order for a Farm RIO dress to wear to a destination wedding on 7/24/23. When placing the order it said **** business days for free shipping. When I reached the 13th business day, I looked it ** in my shop app and realized it hadnt even shipped from the store/warehouse. I contacted the email address for Farm RIO and explained my situation. They responded by saying there was a discrepancy with inventory and we cannot fulfill your order so we refunded you and sorry we couldnt let you know before now. Well I bought the dress on sale for $136.09 and it is no longer on salepriced at $252 and in stock. I emailed back letting them know this was not a satisfactory resolution, and I would like the in-stock dress express shipped to me for the price I paid. I did not receive a response, and I emailed again to ask for an escalation. I am so disappointed in this shopping experience.Initial Complaint

I ordered a dress from this company on 7/21/23 costing $205.43 and was told estimated shipping was **** days. As of now, the order is still unfulfilled and after at least 6 attempts to email them at ******************************** and notify the company through the shop app letting them know there is an issue, I have not received a response.
