    This company sent the product which was never delivered by ***. I filed an investigation claim with *** and contacted the store about sending a replacement. They initially responded and offered to send a replacement or issue a refund, but has stopped responding. It has now been one week and I have not heard from them about how to resolve the issue. I was charged for the item but never received it and would like to issue a complaint and seek a refund.

    I purchased a dress from Farm Rio that is defective and does not match the measurements provided on their size chart. The item is marked as final sale, but I insist on returning it. I have ordered from Farm Rio before, and a size large fits me. However, this dress does not align with the standard measurements for a large.

    I placed an order (ORDER #*******) and spent $205.78 during their 'Black Friday' sale event on December 1st, 1:38am est. The order was $210 + 10% discount. ------On 12/2/24 I went back to visit the website to perhaps make another purchase. In this case, they were no longer offering the 10% off the site but 20% (YAY! Right? I just wanted an additional 10% off my purchase as it was within 7 days as they mention on their website).---It is when I saw the same coat that I purchased still on sale (the print on the website was in the color red reflecting the same price as I had paid for the item on sale). I had sent an inquiry on their website at 11:29am est. and at 2:05pm est I received a response from the business/Customer Service agent Marlia: "Unfortunately, the promotion is not valid for any of your items because they are no longer on sale! On Friday, our entire website was on sale, but today it returned to only selected styles." The second exchange in another email, "The sale was sitewide, but today it switched to selected items. Unfortunately, this is not one of *******, the promotion currently on the website doesnt apply to it. It has returned to full price." ----On 12/2/24 at 7:31pm I received a notice that my order had begun tracking. While I want this item that I paid for, I would like to pay for what is shown. ---After I had sent a message to the business, Farm Rio removed the item from the sale within 10 minutes. I feel that this is deceptive business practices, false marketing and honestly, retail malpractice. ---The business mentions in writing that they would like to provide a great experience & this has not been a positive one. One of the first responses I received was, "We assure you that we are committed to helping you with the best possible experience. Our team is eager to assist you in any way we can." Writing hugs and kisses (xoxo) after each email is informal and personal signifying a close friendship which may not be appropriate.

    Hi there, 

    The business replied and denied even having the item that I purchased as part of the 60% off sale. I do have a receipt that reflects this. I have attached a photo of my receipt and the reply email below. 

    I have also included a photo as of 6:06pm est on 12/6 of their website. 

    I would like the business to honor what they had on their site to honor the additional 20% discount.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint against Farm Rio regarding their final sale policy and poor handling of my recent purchase. On November 23, I purchased the Mixed Living Nature Cardigan Dress (Order #************) for $119. Upon receiving the item, I noticed it appeared defective and was too large for me. I promptly requested an exchange by emailing Farm Rio on the same day (November 23), but I never received a response.On November 29, I called Farm Rio and spoke to a representative who informed me they could not exchange the dress as it was no longer in stock. The representative stated they would try to issue a gift card refund instead, which I appreciate as an effort, but the outcome is still unsatisfactory. The packing slip for the dress did not state that the item was a final sale, nor did it indicate that exchanges or refunds would not be *********** a loyal Farm Rio customer for many years who has never previously returned an item, I find this situation extremely disappointing. There was no acknowledgment checkbox or disclaimer during the purchase process to indicate the item could not be returned or exchanged. This lack of transparency is both unfair and misleading.I am requesting a refund for the $119 I paid for the defective and ill-fitting dress. Farm Rios failure to disclose their final sale policy upfront or on the packaging slip is unacceptable and does not meet reasonable customer service expectations.I trust you will address this matter promptly and assist in securing a fair resolution. Please let me know if further details or documentation are required.Thank you for your attention to this matter

    I placed an order over two weeks ago. The package is lost in transit. I have attempted to contact the company several times. They answered once saying an investigation would be done. It has now been past the date of reply. I can not reach them via phone or email. I would like a full refund.

    On May 8, received an order from FarmRio and reached out to get a refund. May 22, They said I needed to pay a tax invoice before they could process refund May 24 I paid the invoice May 27 They said they were looking into why their system wasn't allowing me to elect the refund option when trying to return online. May 29 I reached out saying we were getting close to the return deadline of May 31 and to please help. No response. May 31 I reached out again saying we were at the return deadline of May 31 and to please help. No response.

    I placed an order with Farm Rio with their tracking number ***************. They gave me shipping updates and when they said it was delivered, I got a text message notification saying they could not deliver and wanted a credit card for a redelivery fee, which is a known scam. I never received a **** tracking number and have not received the package, but my card was charged. I either want the products I purchased or a full refund.

    I placed an order with FARM RIO in February 2024 and never received it. Order # ****** I have emailed their customer service email NUMEROUS times and have NOT received a response. I will never order from them again and want my card refunded immediately.

    On 11/23/23 I placed an order of $540.53 with Farm Rio for 7 items. Their website was running a sale during Black Friday/Cyber Monday. Two out of the 7 items arrived in a timely manner. The remaining 5 never shipped nor got refunded. On 12/19/23 I contacted them through ******************************** to request the order to be shipped rather than refunded because I needed them by a certain date for a trip. The employee ***** informed me she would get back with me. That was the last time they replied my messages. Soon after communication, I got partially refunded for 2 out of the 5 items. The 2 items I got refunded for are still available on their website at a much higher price point because the sale is over. The remaining 3 items are still under the "unfufilled" status and to this day, 34 days later, Farm Rio hasn't shipped or refunded me the order. I also tried to contact them on their Instagram page @farmrio but the DM chat seems to ne operated by a bot. 34 days after they received full payment for this order I feel I'm *********** either a refund for the total amount spent + interest rate for the time they kept my money OR all the items I paid for. On their social media platforms several costumers are complaining about the same issue. It really seems like they ran a huge sale intentionally knowing they couldn't fulfill it. Maybe they needed to balance books for the end of the year? It would explain the amount of time it's taking them to refund costumers.

    I originally pitched a dress in the Black Friday sale (order ******) and the dress was lost in transit. Farm Rio said my size was out of shock online and refunded me and cancelled my order. However the next day I was able to buy the same dress in the original size - but this time for $300 more (since it is no longer on sale). Currently this order (******) is on its way to me according to their tracking. I feel as though I have been cheated into buying the same dress for a much higher price and they should honour the original price I paid. Im. Addition, if they are out of stock - why allow purchase of the dress and send tracking information!?
