We ship with priority mail which includes insurance and if your package is damaged, you can file a claim with USPS website and get your money back!

If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the labels! This includes if YOU entered the wrong address, forgot your apartment number or was not home to receive the package !!!
If you receive an incorrect items, please email with a picture proof and then start your return with the return portal at the bottom of our website. All returns must be processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your package.
