      Im extremely disappointed with my experience with Rebag. It has now been 7 weeks since they received my bag, and I still have no funds available. Every time I ask for an update, I get vague answers with no timeline.On top of that, when I asked about withdrawing my money, I was told that once the funds finally become available, Id have to leave them in the account for another 15 days to avoid a 3% withdrawal fee. So realistically, Im being told to wait over 2 months maybe even 3 months just to access money that Rebag already owes **** even requested to have my item returned, and they completely ignored my request.This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend Rebag to anyone based on the lack of transparency, excessive delays, and poor customer service.

      This organization is a scam. I received a quote on a $3000 brand new bag in the amount of $825. I decided to take the offer. I then shipped the item and received an offer of $755. It was a bait and switch. Im disappointed and will not use them again. Nor will I purchase anything from them. Ill be sharing this with others as well. Im disappointed and disgusted with them.

      They advertise quick payouts, negative. They received my bag, a week later they tell me the new pay-out schedule is 4-5 weeks (mind you in their FAQ and policy it does not reflect that). I called every week for them to not give me any update and to also learn they had already posted my bag for sale. They told me my payout would be 11/10 (5weeks) , I call on the 10th because I havent been funded . They proceed to tell me my payout is now 11/14. They have no problem trying to upsell you their membership but cant payout customers in a timely manner . I am currently still waiting to be paid out . This has overall been a terrible experience , Ill never sell or buy from them again. Its sad Ive only seen them actually do the right thing after being reported to the BBB.

      Im very glad I did not drop off a bag that was quoted from Rebag. After reaching out via 3 different ways, I received no response. I did have someone reach out via email who never got back to me with a response. They are selling and taking in very expensive item. The lack of communication is disturbing. Stay away at all cost and take your business elsewhere. Plenty of reputable resellers out there

      I sold an item to REBAG on September 23, 2025. I shipped it and completed the review on October 10, 2025. My item is currently for sale on their website. Surprisingly, I havent received any payment yet. I chose the BUYOUT option instead of consignment. Its disappointing that I havent received any payment despite taking these steps. I strongly advise against selling your items here.

      Most of these reviews seem to be from people selling with rebag. I have purchased with rebag a few times. My last purchase the bag wasnt in great condition as described and the description didnt include that the bag had cracking. A bag with cracking isnt in great condition and shouldnt be priced so. It also said the bag came with the original dust bag (which can increase the bag price $200-$400). They offered me a $20 refund. You CANNOT buy a Dior dust bag for $20, which honestly was insulting. I also purchased during a sale (15% off all bags). They took so long to get back to me the sale was over and would not honor 15% another bag. The whole process, which you have to call to initiate, took over a week. Ultimately they false advertised and were willing to do nothing but give me a free return, which I already have being a member. I am canceling my membership and will be purchasing new or from other resale sites from now on. Very unhappy with the customer service. I wanted an 15% off to use after I got my refund.

      I would give 0 star if you let me. Sold couple items to them. Low balled my items, markup their selling items which I understood. Charges fee if you want a cash out from sold items. Trapped people to get their rebag credits. Cancelled my order without telling me. When I got more credit from couple items sold to them and wanted to use up the credit so I can close out the account, asked me to verify myself via a link which requires me to upload my ID, selfie and proof of address. ***, I'm just making a purchase, why do you need all my sensitive information!? I asked to bypass that, they refused and rejected to refund all my money back to me (only refund me with their stupid credit which I always have difficulty making any purchases).

      Like many others, *** had the absolute worst experience with ************************* May 2025, I sold a handbag through their consignment program. I followed their process, waited through the mandatory holding period, and once the funds finally appeared in my Rebag wallet, I attempted to transfer them to my bank. Their system failed and bounced the money back into my wallet.When I reached out to customer service, I received nothing but copy-and-paste responses blaming temporary system issues and suggesting I try again the next business day. I did, four times with the exact same outcome. Not once did their team provide an actual resolution or escalation.After researching further, I discovered this is not an isolated issue. Numerous reviews online report the same problem with seller payouts going back at least two years. This shows Rebag is fully aware of the issue and still refuses to fix ***** is unacceptable for a company that handles other peoples money to operate this way. This feels less like a glitch and more like negligenceif not worse. Based on this experience, I strongly question their integrity and financial practices, and I would warn others to avoid doing business with them.Resolution requested: Immediate release of my seller funds to my bank account, written confirmation of the completed payout, and evidence that Rebag has corrected its payout system so this does not continue to happen to other sellers.

      Overnight shipped my bag 07/22/25. Did not use there shipping label. I was told 5 to 7 business days for processing. Truth, 5 to 7 weeks. Outrageous! I have wait to months for a beautiful bag I bought from them, only to be given a price so low. I spent $2000.00 on this purse only to be given $500.00.!Not only that, I was told no processing fee, processing fee 15% which made my buyout shorter than $500.00. Smh! Bank information put in, only for Rebag to denie my bank information twice. Called wait until tomorrow to process the buyout. This whole process is ridiculous. It didnt take them this long to take the money out of your account to purchase the bag. Its should take this long for someone to at least get there monies worth for the bag. I feel duped with an over $2000.00 purse to get $500.00 for. Total rip offs.

      Sellers, Proceed with Caution I would strongly advise against using this companys buyout program based on my experience.I submitted a pair of shoes on July 6, 2025 through their buyout system. The item was initially marked as accepted, then I was asked to approve updated terms 10 days later. After accepting the new terms, the item was once again confirmed as accepted in the app.However, despite multiple confirmations, no payment was issued:After 4 weeks, I contacted support and was told the item was still in review and that processing typically takes 4 weeks. This was confusing, since my item had already been accepted and that timeline had already passed.After another 4 weeks, I followed up again and was told payment would be issued within a week. That deadline also passed with no ********* of now, it has been 8 weeks since acceptance of the buyout offer, and I still have not received payment. The primary reason I selected the buyout option was the promise of a faster payout compared to consignment. Unfortunately, this has not been the ******* my opinion, the companys lack of transparency and repeated delays raise serious concerns about its reliability. When payment is finally received, I will not be using this service again, and I would caution other potential sellers to carefully consider alternative luxury consignment platforms that have proven track records of timely payments and clearer communication.
