    I went to this dealership on 5/21/24 to purchase a 2021 Certified Pre-owned Jeep Compass that I seen listed on Truecar for $18,358 before taxes (the company site has it for $18,299, and Carguru) through my union. The saleswoman ****************** agreed that the price that was great and I did a test drive. When it came time to talk numbers the vehicle price on the purchase agreement was over $23,000 along with a $2,500 charge for the *** certification, and taxes which totaled over $26,000. I know they give you an estimate, but that's almost $8,000 in additional fees. She got her manager Mo and he claimed that the cash price I seen on Truecar was only if I financed with them and that they had this disclaimer on his company site which he never showed me. That was also a lie because Truecar gives you a cash price, finance price, and lease price. I didn't need financing I was giving them a check. He claimed he was not trying to "bait and switch" me but that's exactly what happened. I spoke with another manager named ***** and when he came out with the new purchase agreement it magically had the original list price I seen on it but I still didn't understand why they were charging me an additional $2,500 to certify a car they had already listed as ***. If anything that price should have been included in the list price. So I chose a 2019 version that was used and not certified pre-owned but he said he could make it a *** and added the $2,500 so I'm confused as to how u can add cpo to a used car for $2,500 but a car that's advertised as *** also had the $2,500 fee. In that case it should be advertised as a used car with *** "optional". I felt like they were trying to rip me off.

    I reported a leak in my car last October 2023. A previous mechanic let me know that the sunroof seal was weak and needed to be replaced as that is the reason water was entering my car. My entire floor behind both seats were soaked as well as my trunk submerging my spare tire. I took the car to the dealership I bought it from and after having the diagnostic done I was told the hoses needed to be flushed as that was the source of the leak. After I paid the amount quoted to me the hoses were flushed and I was told I should no longer have anymore issues. I returned not too long after because every time it rained after I still had water entering my car. I was told by ***** the service manager that I had his word that there was nothing wrong and it was just the water draining and it would be gone soon. Let me add that because there are no loaner cars I had to leave my car which is an automatic 3 days with them before they even assess the problem. It is now May 3rd and I reported the leak in my car nearly two weeks ago and also reached out to the manager and received no response. Nobody has gotten back to me since. This ongoing issue can turn into more than a nightmare if my carpet has to be replaced or if anything else deteriorates more than it already has; like the tools with the spare tire that have rust on them from this untreated leak. I would either like my car repaired once and for all, or my money refunded so that I can take my car to someone who will actually fix it.

    I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the purchase of a leased vehicle from Brooklyn Chrysler Dealership. On 07/25/2021. I entered into a contract to purchase a vehicle identified as Jeep, Compass, 2021, believing it to have only 123 miles on the odometer at the time of sale.However, upon closer inspection after the purchase, I discovered discrepancies in the mileage readings. While the dashboard displayed approximately ****** miles, the actual odometer reading revealed over ****** miles. This discrepancy of over ****** miles indicates that the vehicle was fraudulently misrepresented at the time of sale, which constitutes a violation of our contract agreement.As a result of this misrepresentation, I am seeking resolution to rectify this situation. I request that Brooklyn Chrysler take immediate action to void the contract and provide a full refund for the purchase of the vehicle or make the situation whole and hand over the title and complete ownership of the vehicle without any more payments owed. Additionally, I expect compensation for any damages incurred as a result of this deceptive transaction.I trust that Brooklyn Chrysler Dealership will address this matter promptly and in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, I will be forced to pursue further legal action to protect my rights as a consumer.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

    My new car broke down and Chrysler has made me wait for 90 minutes (so far) for a tow. Unacceptable. Also, they said they will not have loaner available. Unacceptable. They provided me with a number to call to find out if a rental car will be covered while the diagnose and repair my car. Unacceptable (they should have handled this). I called the number and spoke to three people over the course of an hour, before Atany, the service agent, could not answer my question about whether I could rent a car of the same make and model while I was waiting for my car to be repaired. I asked for a supervisor and ***** became rude and hung up on me. Unacceptable. I still do not know the terms of my warranty wrt whether Chrysler will cover the rental of the same make of car while my car is being repaired. Unacceptable. I require a loaner to be provided immediately for my use at no cost while the diagnosis and repair of my car proceeds. Failing that I require a full refund for the rental of the same make and model (or similar tier) During the repair period.

    On December 21, 2023 my truck was brought in to service for repairs. I was told they would have to do diagnostics for a fee if its not covered under warranty. On December 27, **** I was told they would have to do an engine tear down for further diagnostic for a fee if its not covered under warranty. As of today January 8,2024 I have yet to get any answers about my truck other than there waiting for the diagnostic report. I was not provided a loaner vehicle keep in mind. I will enclose proof of correspondence with the service advisor as well as proof to what I previously said above

    On 12/24/2023, I purchased a Dodge ******* From Dodge Chrysler Dealership in Flatbush. I picked out one that I seen on-line which was a pre-certified. I was told numerous times from the sales man that it had automatic highbeams which was very important to me. Also, I said I could not afford more that what I was paying for a lease which was $759. After sitting for 6 hours they finally finished the paperwork. My new loan was $970 per month. The car was given to me at night which I could not see all the problems with the car. When I called them to tell them, they said they failed to tell me about it. I want it fixed. They won't answer my calls

    On 10-26-2022 I went to Brooklyn Chrysler to buy a used 2017 dodge charger sxt for the advertised amount of $20,965 on CarGurus and when I spoke to the dealership on phone they agreed upon the amount advertised of $20,965.41 I went with the full cash amount to buy the vehicle as I informed them on the phone when I got there they spoke to me about paying most the payment in down payment to increase my credit score and the rest I can pay off I told them I have no history of employment or source of income however they told me dont worry about it we will get you approved for the loan score witch I really didnt need to but I wanted to build my credit faster after a few months of payments I realized that the amount that I supposedly owed was $47,239.20 making the complete amount of the vehicle $62.239.20 I have a installment contract that I never signed nor did my co-buyer sign I tried to call and discuss my problem and the salesperson was uncooperative saying the manager will call me back in witch I never received any call back still a year later but after I hung up I had my girlfriend call and spoke to a manager not even 10 minutes after I hung up

    Auto dealer fraudulently increased the price without my knowledge from the base price which we agreed upon initially and were advertised on their website. To ensure the fraud, they hid the original paperworks from me and also didnt give me any paper where the original price was mentioned. I found out after a year and asked the pricing paperworks and they have sent me a photo of a paper. On questioning they understood that I found their fraud and asked them to return my money. I tried to contact several times by phone and texts. They stopped responding to my calls and texts.

    On 12/29/22, I visited the dealership and made a purchase. I had a lease from another dealer, and as I made the purchase, the salesman said he would return my previous lease to the other dealership which was less than a mile away.The dealership then held onto the other vehicle until January 17, which incurred an extra months fee to the other lease agreement for late return,Spoke with the salesperson from Brooklyn jeep on 1/1/23, 1/9/23 and 1/10/23, explaining that the car needed to be returned for inspection, I kept being told that they would do it. They did not.I received a call on 1/16/23 from the inspector asking where the vehicle was, shocked I immediately reached out to Brooklyn jeep only to be told that they still had the other vehicle.On 1/17/23 I went to Brooklyn jeep to personally retrieve the other vehicle myself. I then had to set up the return process with the other dealership which would take place on 1/18/23.Because the other vehicle had no license plates or other identifiers, I had to find and pay for overnight parking on 1/17/23 and then return it on 1/18/23.I told the Brooklyn Jeep salesman that I was charged an extra month because of his mishandling, and he told me that he/them would handle the extra month fee since it was his error.I was told to provide the letter with the amount owed, that was back in February that I initially provided that to him.Ive reached out several times since and gotten the run around.I went into the Brooklyn Jeep website and requested a call back from the dealership and was promised either a call back or email response within 24 hours. That was requested on April 25th, as of today May 8, 2023, I have yet to receive either the call back or email response.They are responsible for this fee, and it is their responsibility to make amends for it, as I was promised. To ignore the issue is horrible business and irresponsible, especially to a new lessee looking to ****** a business relationship.

    I purchased my car less than two years ago Ive had multiple issues with things such as the air conditioning and heater since Ive purchased a car. When I brought it back to get fixed under the warranty the dealership claimed that I had some accident and this is why it was broken. I have not had not one accident in this vehicle I even offered to contact my insurance for them to show proof that I have not gotten into accidents they refuse to Help It was basically my word over theirs They have been so unprofessional about the situation and refused to help they are just money hungry and wanting to charge things that should be covered under my warranty I hope that no one else has to go through this no one should purchase their cars from here and I hope theres a way that I can get my car fixed
