    They HAVE to be a scam!Their website is very janky and doesn't allow a way to actually contact a human. They won't allow me to answer "required questions" so it won't let me go forward to release my music. I literally can't do anything with this so I feel scammed out of my $97!There's no way to cancel your account or get your card off of their site. No refunds. I want to file a dispute and block this wretched company. ****!

    bait and switch on publishing fees.
    they claimed for a onetime $75 fee they will collect your publishing fees for you.
    after paying you have access to the publishing tab, and that brings you to an option to sign up for their licensing for more money. you cannot collect publishing without licensing. its dishonest and misleading, and a money grab. besides this the other reviews are accurate, they have the worst customer service, getting any music approved on their site takes months in some instances, and just overall is a terrible choice for music distribution. I have since found much better, easier, and user friendly options.

    I purchased 2 Album credits and 5 single credits in 2020. I was told yesterday (10/29/24) that my plan was upgraded (which I did not purchase, approve of, or ask for) and I lost all of my pre purchased credits. I asked for a refund, and was told I could not receive a refund. I need the BBB to set in.

    Terrible and fraudulent business practices!! Besides their site NOT being user friendly ever, they make it impossible to cancel your subscription. I had to contact my bank to stop payment and file a fraudulent claim after several failed attempts to cancel my subscription. TuneCore also accessed a new credit card that I did not authorize for use. I do not know how they acquired this information, but this is CRIMINAL!!!

    So one thing about tunecore earlier this year they took down all my music claimed that it was fraudulent and for that I'm not able I wasn't able to get hardly anything like my royalties and everything and with that being said I actually spoke with tunecore directly and and I have evidence that they said that on their end there's no fraudulent I tried to address that with tunecore they claim that this is what ******* told them and with that being said I basically ask them show me that ******* said that they were not able to back it up so I think that there's something going on with them taking my royalties my funds and everything so please check them out cuz they could be scamming a lot of people

    These people are F****** CRIMINALS!!!!!!!! I have repeatedly asked them to delete my account and personal information and they won't do it. They are liars, thieves, and crooks. F*** these people and everything they stand for. Do not do business with them under any circumstances. THEY NEED TO BE CRIMINALLY PROSECUTED FOR MISHANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S CONSENT!!

    I cannot believe these guys are still in business. Sketchy practices. Taking down songs for no apparent reason and refuses to elaborate. Has a deceivingly nice front page but the interface for uploading and whatnot is unintuitive garbage. You can't even upload a standard 3000x3000 album cover in some cases because they have a low *** file size. Complete garbage. Do not waste money. You also cannot delete your account through your account settings. They make it almost impossible to do it without contacting the useless support team.

    Tune Core denied my album submission due to sounds from third parties (i.e. samples). In my response, I provided the license(s) to validate the samples used. I was instructed that the information would be forwarded to their rights department and that I would have a response no later that 2 business days. It is now 6 days and I haven't received a response as of yet. This has exceeded my release date. I attempted to call their contact number, but was unable to speak to a representative, due to an automated recording that disconnects after their generic message ( implying that their lines are busy and to go to the site) I even sent a follow-up message and still no response. For this to be a top distributing company, they should have representatives available, especially dealing with membership payments and royalties. This is unprofessional. DO NOT USE TuneCore!!!!!!!
