This is from far the worst moving experience I ever have and I have move 3 times these last 4 years.The sales person came to my house to make the estimate. Estimate was based on a visit not pictures I sent still apparently he misses some of my stuff.Then the day of moving the moving guy started to complain about the quantity of stuff and he was not sure he can fit it in his truck. Then he told me he can take care of it but I better give them 20% of tip which represented 400 dollars! Unfortunately I had to leave before they were gone because I had an appointment in the other house that I could miss so asked them to finish and send me pictures before they leave of the place.They didn't send pictures and just show it to me quick picture on their phone saying they left just a couple of artwork. Again moved 2 times these last 3 years previously and with the 2 other companies never had these issues and in both cases I had to proceed the same way because of appointment conflict.I moved in a house with multiple floors so I made sure every single boxes were clearly identified so it left at the right place. Still half of my stuff for the bedroom and bathroom in 2nd floor were left in 1st floor kitchen so leaving me with more work to bring boxes upstairs whereas I paid for a move with a house with stairs! ****** on the cake when they were gone I realized they didn't put back my egg chair back, just throw it outside. I have attached the picture. I paid 300 for it and now can't use it anymore!!!! Couple days after the move finally made it back to my old place to found out so much stuff left, I couldn't believe it. Keep in mind I have a SUV and still it took me 2 trips and 3 hours of loading each time to empty my old place.This is from far my worst experience with moving and I have move 3 times in 4 years. The lack of professionalism is incredible and they made an already stressful move to a nightmare literally. If you are in the fence on using them, save yourself!!!
