This company is a scam. **** the handyman a list of things to do spent an hour and 30 minutes realizing he was unable to connect dishwasher yet Im still being charged for his think time. Its being considered as labor time, as an expert plumber you would have realized the issue sooner and move or to a next task assigned. He couldnt understand how to operate the dishwasher yet being pregnant myself I was able to bend down and assist due to the fact I was being charged per hour. I suggested he repairs an issue similar to what he is currently working on upstair to repair it downstairs yet he refused. The pace the handyman and the lack of knowledge and expertise was not worth the **** dollars price I was charged. Keep in mind he gives you this ridiculous contract to sign which doesnt benefit you only the owner *************************** a true scam artist. I was charged over a $**** dollars for corking around my two front windows with a 8 dollar bottle of cork. Tighten two screws in my bathroom toilet, putting screws in my banisters to hold it in place but he was unable to secure it in place. And unable to fix my dishwasher yet Im being charged for his 2 hours of think time as labor law, a professional would had diagnosed the problem sooner. In addition the lack English impacted the amount of time he trying to communicate. Honestly this company is scam and doesnt know how to fix basic household items. Stay away its better to use someone on task rabbit with license contractors. In addition, he edits already paid in full contract in agreement to make you look you own him more than what you paid.
