      Please do not buy a warranty from this company!! I filled a claim for my refrigerator and it's now been 3 weeks and they denied the estimate and assigned another technician from AA Appliance who never came to diagnose issue but put in an estimate. I called AA appliance and they were rude and told me I have to wait for their estimate to be approved. I called CPS and the claim manager told me that I have no choice but to wait and let that rude person fix it or cancel my claim and lose my $100 deductable that I had to pay to get fridge fixed!! This company has horrible customer ********************** and trying to get thru on the phone takes all day with no resolution!! This refrigerator is only 3 years and it's junk. Please save your money and find a warranty company that is reputable.

      ***** was incredibly helpful with my issue and helping me with the warranty. ***** has superlative customer ********************** and made everything very easy. CPS has helped us with other issues and they have been great.

      Excellent customer **********************. ***** ******** from Consumer Priority Service was very understanding, patient and kind. I did not upload my receipt for my original claim in time and he made it very easy to restart a new claim for my refrigerator. Thank you for you help!

      Amazing, friendly service....***** was helpful, friendly and reassuring.....when a very expensive appliance blows up on day one and you aren't sure it's covered, his voice is the one you want on the other end of the line. Haven't had the product fixed yet, but the process of filing the claim and answering the phone quickly was outstanding.

      I bought an mp3 player that cracked after a drop and they covered it with no issues. Specifically, I dealt with ****** and it was an absolute pleasure. She was quick to respond and deal with the issue and ironed out any minor issues I had. Very happy and would definitely buy again.

      I called because I had activated a warranty that came with a camera I purchased. It wasn't showing up on my account so ***** was able to ensure it was activated and I could see it on my account. It took only a couple of minutes and I was all set. Hopefully I don't have to use it ever but it is there just in case.
