    This company is a predator. They have attached themselves to **************** and I forgot to cancel on Aug 30th , they charged an entire year's fee to my card. When I saw it pending on Aug 31, I tried calling but the tel. is non-existent so I sent an email but got no reply but they were quick to reply when I disputed the charge. I have no problem paying for a month because it was my fault that I forgot to cancel but who pays for a year of fitness service in advance, suppose I meet my demise, would my family get a refund then. This business and it predatory practices need to be investigated. STAY AWAY FROM OBEFITNESS!!!!!

    Android user here. Can't believe these thieves are still getting away with this ********. Their instructions to cancel the app are not true as the subscription didn't appear in my ****** Play account. Called the number I found on Reddit to cancel and that line is disconnected. Finally found that you need to use web browser, not the app to cancel by managing subscriptions in account which finally pops up an actual prompt and not the go to ****** play ********. They make you choose a reason for leaving that does not include "other" to get away with stealing from folks. Dispute charges with your bank. If anyone has the money to *** them, please do!

    I have the same complaint as what I see online. I signed up for a free trial and, unlike basically every other company I know of, they don't email you a reminder before they charge you 169$ for a year. They also state online that they do not do refunds, will not let you delete your credit card, and won't let you cancel your subscription online. I did get an email saying my subscription was cancelled and that I did get a refund since I called one day after they charged me, but I will be checking my account daily to make sure the refund goes through.

    This is a fraudulent company that makes it impossible to cancel the membership and monthly fees. Even when you do cancel, they do not honor it and keep charging as much as possible. Never give them your payment information.
