There are no restocking fees on returned Defective Merchandise.
15% Restocking Fee will apply on returned unwanted goods
All Return Requests are accepted up to 14 days from the day the item was received. Customers will be responsible to return the merchandise for any reason.
Refund:
To return an item for a refund please submit an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and you will have a reply within 48 hours (business days).
Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return for processing your refund.
Shipping & Handling Charges will not be refunded.
Exchange:
To exchange a product within the 14 days period, please use our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) service and request an exchange
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges to N1wireless.com, we will bear the cost of shipment of a replacement item to you should you request a replacement.
If you are requesting an exchange to a different model, and the new item costs more, we'll charge you for the difference in price. We'll refund you the difference if the new item costs less.
Cancellation:
A customer may choose to cancel an order as long as the request is submitted 24 hours prior to the shipment of the package.
Please understand that our customer service representatives need this time frame to make our shipping department aware of the cancellation.
