      I dropped my external hard drive of 2TB, and it was not recognized by my computer anymore. After getting in touch with their customer service team, I was sure that I wanted to get recovery services from these guys. So I sent my drive to their lab from *************, **. They were able to recover all of the photos and videos. Very satisfied with the result. Thank you, PITS! You saved lifelong memories of my family.
