5 starsMy daughter recently dropped her drive that she stored all her childhood pictures on. She was so sad to lose such sweet memories. I found PITS online and they were extremely fast to respond. They were able to restore all her memories. Thanks so much!

5 starsI had an old external hard drive that housed all my digital photos before the days of cloud services. Years ago I accidentally deleted the photos. Then the hard drive broke! PITS was able to read the drive and recovered all the pictures and a bunch of other data I forgot was on the drive in two weeks. Pricing was transparent. I contacted a number of data recovery companies but ultimately decided to go with ********* Recovery due to their professional and prompt response to my initial inquiry.From start to finish, the process was seamless. The customer service team was very helpful in answering all of my questions and providing me with a detailed explanation of the recovery process. They even provided me with a free evaluation of my hard drive before beginning the recovery process, which gave me peace of mind knowing that they could actually recover my data.The recovery process itself was quick and efficient. 5 starsThese guys helped me with my failed ******* SSD. Apparently, it stopped performing well due to wear and tear, and without a backup, I was hopeless. My friend told me only good stuff about the **** team and advised me to call them, so I decided to take my chance. I ensured their experience and knowledge via a phone call and did not hesitate to send my SSD to them. After six days, I got all my data back. 5 stars2 weeks ago my seagate external hard drive was not recognized by my hp laptop. I tried with different laptops but still not recognized. Hard drive made clicking noises.I did a ****** search and found Pits Global Data. Called and explained the issue, they sent me a prepaid shipping label, and I shipped my device.On the 22nd of December, I got a quote and they gave me a Christmas discount :) Finally I received all my files on a brand new external hard drive.
