    I started up a wireless internet account in Jan 2022 with ******* business under no contract agreement and was being charged more then i was qouted so i suspended my service indefinitly in April 2022 then in June 2022 i was sent email saying my service has automaticly restarted so i called and talked to a specialist and was told my account would be closed like i requested .Then 60 or so days pass and i get another email saying im past due and just pay and service would be restarted. So i called & ask for a supervisor and i explained situation and told him i just wanted my account closed & not started back and id be happy to pay the balance. And he put another specialist on the line and explained my account was being closed and made sure she understood and then he apologize and left the line and specialist gave me my final balance which i paid immediatly. This was around end of August 2022 or beginning of Sept or so. Then in Nov 2022 i started getting these numerous emails and i thought it was a joke because im being billsd for a service not used since April 2022 when suspended service on back in April 2022 and have not used service since then ...and this carried into Dec 2022 and then in Jan 2023 i reported abuse to the ******* abuse hot line and was contacted by ********** and thought after explaining for the uptenth time at length ,this matter would be taken care of ... thinking someone has to see the mistake but emails kept coming and then i recieved a bill in the mail saying to pay such amount to have my services continued and nothing has yet to be done about this! Are they hurting for customers or are these specialist not doing there job or understand english as well as they not speak it?
