    So were do i start ,my Audi sq7 started making issues , i called Audi road side and they set up a tow to Audi Brooklyn , when my car got there i called them for a fellow up they told me they wont look at my car for a week ,they did not give me a loner till i called up to complain, the SQ7 is a 110k car and gave me me no service ! ****** after complaining to Audi customer service they gave me a loner , a few day later i called for update and was transferred from one dept to another ***** looked like i was dealing with a circus , Everyday time i called they gave me a different excuse abought my car , the car was there for over a month till one of the clowns called me back and told me they cant help me because they cant fix my issue , WOW !! i went to pick up my car, i was greeted with no respect when they brought my car , i had to carry my stuff up by my self from the loner car, my car was no were close to my loaner car !i was advised by my lawyer i should take my car to a different Audi dealership and i did !!in less then 24 hours my car was fixed and returned !They even told me that Audi of Brooklyn is c*** !! You should've looked at their ****** reviews !!TO AVOID GETTING FRUSTRATED and SCREWED like i was ,JUST STAY AWAY !!!!

    Recently I was at audi Brooklyn servicing and I was told it will take 2/4 days to diagnosed . They got back to me after 7 days and In the meantime I wasn't provided a loaner car . After the 8th day they diagnosed it and I had my warranty company covered it but they always overcharged by the labor cost ... The warranty company pays based on a nation average but audi Brooklyn always over charged for their labor. So they said they need time for the parts to arrive which took them another 3 weeks .. meantime my car was sitting down in their garage and which caused rust in my brake and rotors. after picking up the car I brought this matter to their attention and they did nothing about it . ******* asked me to come this Fridayafternoon to check it. I ended up coming in Monday because he did say if I bring it in Friday they won't be able to do anything until Monday which means again I will be leaving the car for 2/3 days . So I came in Monday and he is not here and I was told by the service advisor he will be here in 30 minute . After waiting 2 hour in the early morning and now they demanding I have pay for breaks and rotors job. And he isnt coming to office today . so I had to speak to him over the phone . Now Everest is blaming the third party warranty because they took forever. The warranty company approved the job right away as soon they claimed. Every time I come in here I feel like they do this on purpose . I feel discriminated the way Everest was speaking to me when I was telling him that I been to audi ******** and audi manhattan and I used the third party warranty and they didnt take long and he replied " why don't you go there then? " He is like why are you telling me all this ? Who am I suppose say this to then? All they care about money I guess the audi Brooklyn service isnt the same anymore like back in the days . The new owner maybe dont care about their customer and their reputation . And the way he was talking it was very rude
