    Rented from the ATL location. Buggy is a ************ with no real business etiquette. **************** needs immediate improvement as they will scan your calls and purposely not answer when they owe you money or need to make corrections on your account. They yell over the phone, how unprofessional. The customer service team is extremely rude and make so many false threats to disable your car. They also do not have great communication when noting your account (they dont make the notes they say they do), so prepare to receive a threatening call over an issue you literally just discussed with another team member moments prior. Billing system is severely flawed, you can be charged at any time with no notice. Charges arent itemized, plus there are random charges and credits listed in your account. They also called me to apologize for taking an extra $100 out of my account with no notice. Who does that?! They need to obtain a chain of command for standard operating procedures and addressing customer inquiries as every time Ive been on the phone with the billing department, theres never any answer to my request to speak with a supervisor or manager. App not functional whatsoever. No opportunity to add or change the card on file without having to go through them. Theres no copy of contract able to be found anywhere. Theres not even a real protocol for accidents and how the charges work from such events. They charged a damage fee for a car that wasnt even damaged, per the technician in house. The list goes on headache and stress is all youll get working with this company. Its unfortunate, as they really had the potential to create a monopoly in the car rental world. Disappointment all around. Just **** it up and do **** or Hertz.

    I have been with Buggy TLC for over 5 years. I recently had the pleasure to work with Fahad. He helped me with a technical issue with Uber with professionalism, patience and a clear knowledge and understanding of my problem. He was able to resolve this issue promptly. The care and level of respect he showed me was very appreciated. Thank you again Fahad. Buggy would benefit greatly by having Fahad to train their other customer representatives to be trained by him how to work with their customers.
