      I had previously rented a vehicle with Buggy Rideshare Car Rental. At that time I authorized them to deduct a weekly payment from my card. This was last year. My vehicle agreement with them was ended and I have repeatedly revoked card authorization. I have notified them per their own policy in writing (letters, emails, texts). However they continue to try and charge my card since July 2023 until this day which is fraudulent and illegal. I keep warning them to not do so and restate that I revoked card authorization, but they keep trying to take money from my account. This has been happening since summer 2023 at least *********************************************** and my bank. Please have them cease and desist fraudulently charging my card since I have revoked authorization since July 2023.

      On August 8th, 2023 I paid for an extra week on a car rental. On the same date a truck rear ended .e which caused me to not need the next week. I was paying insurance on the car so any damages are covered. I have a refund waiting on my account of $340.34 each time I have asked to get my refund I am given the run around. I paid a total of $1,049, $397 of that went for weekly rental, $249 went for any damages and the remainder is supposed to.come back to me.

      Picked up my rental from Buggy *** ******* on 1/11/23. I have went thu some tolls here in *******. But had never been billed for them till starting in June 2023. No biggie i knew i went though the tolls. How ever Buggy never paid the bills from the ************ or billed me for them from start of the rental so now some of the tolls are in collections and the company is making me pay the collection fees that they failed to pay them on time and bill me for them. I have tried to request for a supervisor for the last 3 days keep getting a reply of someone will call me. So far i have paid as of 7/13/23 paid total of$80.00 in collection fees on tolls. I want to be reimbursed the $80.00 of collections fees and now im being charge of $160.00 in collection fees for tolls applied to my account on 7/17/23-7/18/23 i want that credit unless i have [paid by the time this is done. i also want any other future collection charges of toll collection fees to be reimbursed if i pay for the. I would like to be called about this issue please. I have the info from the toll company of the charges also.

      My TLC Rental car from Buggy TLC was stolen from me. Now they refuse to help me get a new car in order to work. A person broke in to my car and was found sleeping in the car. Buggy refused to do anything and tells me its out of their control. The nypd tells me it is also out of their control. Im waiting for some sort of information besides them asking me if I have a police report. I provided them with the incident report, then I was told that the report was not enough and that I need to get more information from nypd. **** tells me they cant give me anything else but the incident report since buggy is responsible for reaching out to them since they are the owners. They can provide me with a police report but it will take weeks. Buggy has done nothing but try to charge me for the weekly payment this week even though I dont have a car to work with. I paid them the day the car was stolen and now they dont know how to help me. Buggy is acting like I stole the car myself. They constantly ask me where are the plates and are trying to charge me for the plates like I stole them or have them in my possession. I have a complaint incident report number from the police, the crime on the report is grand larceny. Please help me get back to work I just want to be able to take care of my family.

      This is about the ******* location. The car I rented was in a car accident and because of that, they black-listed me. Then they charged me $100 for not refueling the *********, you read that right! They charged me a refueling fee of $100 on a car that was totaled in an accident!

      I have been renting car from buggy in ******* ******* drive for Uber in 4 month pay all my bills on time at the beginning every thing is ok. There will automatically withdraw payment from your bank .when my renters end I would be difficult to see my 200 security deposit refund so 2 week later I go to rent with them again using my 200 dollar switch to my new contract. Policy change now there are asking 250 security deposit . After the last hurricane in ******* I have noticed all thier car having lot of issues from water flooding damage..I requested the brand new ****** only drive **** miles having transmission problems and will stop running once a while at the traffic light. Here is how the problem begins. This place have even no phone number provided for business. If call the 786 numbers is corporate phone from other states save your time. U will alway get call u back 10 minutes however only disappointed. Never call time after time . I just ended up have to rush back to the office each time for faster service done. On April 5 2023. Wednesday I was paid ahead a week rentals and stop by the office checking my car on work shop.the manager there name **** was a friendly guy at the beginning until today. He was unprofessional rulings a long time costomer. He suddenly decided not to do business with me even I have pay my rent for the week and wont let me complete driving. He have the security locked so I would not ever to drive. He even call the cop reported I trespassing and battery with I am here for business so long time. I am treat so unfairly loss my wages for the whole weekend without the car I have pay for. Now I am still waiting for refunds and my security deposit. Please dont do business with them in ******* *******. I would seek legal action against the company be aware the business even cant provide numbers to communicate.

      This company has bn trying to rip me off I had an emergency in Ga I currently live in ** dont as I crossed into ** thru disabled the car but there contract states that is $100 per day on which the second day they had failed to get because I had a scheduled time daily so they disabled the car while I was stranded all night couldnt get support until the next morning which was @ 9 a.m when they were back open in such I came back to fl wouldve bn Thursday but I couldnt because they disabled the car and trying yo make mf pay an additional $200 I dont owe plus I paid for weekly rental same day I returned to fl which was 3/30/2023 Ive rented this car since Jan 22 and have had issues consistently. *** asked to speak to the owner of company but I was refused they keep saying theyll have their manager call I dont want to speak to the manager this is wrong and they continue to mistreat and try to scam on their customer this is ridiculous and should be shutdown

      I have already returned the car, and all the rented cars are faulty. We only rented the car for a week, and the car was repaired twice. The last time I went to Buggys repair shop and announced that the car could not be used. It has been 2 months since October and our deposit has not been refunded. . We called and couldn't solve the problem, let us wait for 1 month and then wait for 10 days, and now we continue to wait.

      On 11/2/2022 I rented a car to drive Uber with this company. The day I picked up the car they tried to send me off with a car that was FILTHY. I asked for another car or could they wash it. They went to the car wash and it looked even worse. The stains were dragged all across the car. So I asked for a different car. ****** told me to hold on and sent me outside in the cold. I was standing outside in the cold for a long time and had to sit on the restaurant stairs on the corner while ****** took his next client. They said its a small shared suite which is why I had to stand outside in the cold. They told me I would have to tell them a week in advance if I didnt need the vehicle for the following week. On 11/23/2022 I called and told them that I didnt need it for the following week. They told me to bring the car before noon and I would just have to pay $200. I brought it by the time they told me and they still took $371 from me. ******* which is a manager there said he was going to give me a refund because they charge my card for that a whole new week but told me to bring the car by 12 noon and I would only be charged $200 instead of $371. As I entered the office another manager called my phone so Im telling him how rude his customer service rep ***** was. ****** thats the manager of the suite told me to get out or hes calling the police. I said I have to sign the contract to say I returned the vehicle. He said no you dont have to sign anything just get out. Im still on the phone with this other manager while everything is happening. Hes telling me on the phone no dont listen to ****** and I dont have to go anywhere. ****** then proceeds to call the police. I was not given a refund or my deposit. I was told that I would be contacted and I still havent heard anything.
