On December 16 I was Involved in an accident and taken to Jamaica queens hospital. A man named ******** his number is ************. Overheard me on the phone and heard me talking about my accident and he confronted me and asked if I was Involved in an accident. I said Yes and we spoke and he explained his family has a body shop and they'll help me fix my car. At the time my car was drivable and on our way there My car tire pressure went down to zero and he ended up towing my car to the body shop and said its FREE. My car was taken to Auto Fresh Collision Center and left there for insurance adjusters to examine my car. Because of holidays and being backed up the insurance company (Geico) took over a month to go look at my vehicle. Eventually, my vehicle was looked at and the adjuster came up with a repair cost. Weeks after that it was very hard for me to get in contact with the body shop to find out how long itll take for the car to be fixed. I Eventually was able to get through to the body shop and I told them I did Not want my car fixed there anymore and he said I will Be charged a storage fee. I asked him how much is it, he said its a lot and h*** call me back with the numbers, he never called back and i tried to call him he never answered the phone until about 2 weeks later, I called again and was able to hear back from some one and the lady ***** told me that its $125 dollars a day and my car has been sitting there for 2 months and Im being charged $350 for towing my car even though ******** who towed my car said its free! So my total just to remove the car from the shop is $7,850. From the very beginning nobody told me I will Be charged a storage fee and I explained That to ***** and she said theres a sign on the door, I never Seen the sign posted anywhere. Til this day my car is sitting in the shop because I do Not have over $7,000 to take my car out from this shop and has not even been fixed. My car is sitting in front of the shop. This shop is a scam

Had an accident on dec 16. Left my car at auto fresh collision center, before and after the adjuster looked at my vehicle it was hard for me to get in contact with body shop. People at front desk would answer the phone and when I asked About the *** they would put me on hold for so long and never return to the phone and I would Call back they would not answer. Would text and call the workers no response from there either. My insurance company sent out a tow truck company, I gave him Jonathans number and when the driver asked about my *** *** ******** hangs up the phone on him and blocks his number.
