            I called & spoke to ****** ********** at ###-###-#### a rep for Co..I ordered speakers from this company twice.. in the last 3 months.. 1st I was told to send a money order to *** ****** ** *** ******** **** ***** & they would send me my order... I sent the money order and never received my order.. I called the rep & he said he never received the money order.. ( And I still never received my letter back with the money order).. Then I had a friend do Paypal & the rep sent the order *****.. tracking #s ************... The rep (Hassan) shipped to the wrong address ... I was told by the person at that address where ***** had delivered the package to, that ***** picked up the package, I contacted ***** & they gave me varies different stories.. I put in a claim # *********8 & came back denied ... I informed the shipper (Rep ****** **********) & he said it wasn't his mistake .. I explained that he was the one that put the wrong address.. & now this person will not answer my calls or texts...

            Been trying for 3 days to place a shark radio order. The phone numbers on their website aren't working or their not Shark radio destinations. Couldn't select returning customer option as it doesn't have my email on file (It's been 5 years since I last ordered and the website is different than 5 years ago. I finally got the phone number for direct shark radio, which is listed here. Can't get through it for the telemarketer's and if you don't purchase from the first one they send you to another one for a different service etc. Just want to order a radio system but can't to the run around. I like the Shark radio systems for my motorcycle but they don't seem to want to sell them anymore. Never had this trouble in the past. ***
