            I purchased a used ***** 2007 accord on Friday September 30,2022, I test drove it and agreed to move forward with my purchase I gave a **** deposit signed the paperwork got a loan in September 30,2022. I was told the car needed insurance and I could pick up the car on Saturday 10/1 I offered to pick it up on Monday 10/3, the manager told he pick it up in the Morning , it was not ready -then it would be ready at 4 pm then 5 then 8 pm, I asked for my deposit back or a car of equal value *** Motor cars told me the contract is already done and I can not cancel my contract and I would have to wait for for a refund for 1 week or they would honor tue deal and give me the car today early in the morning this morning I called and I STILL do not have the car or my money /canceled deal

            If I could leave no stars I would! I purchased a 2018 a ********** Atlas on May 14,2022. It is now December and my engine blew. I also purchased an extended warranty top tier (bumper to bumper) which will not cover the repairs because they say the car is still under factory warranty. The problem with that is my car is considered a grey market vehicle due to it being manufactured solely for ******. The dealership was aware and did not notify me of this info. Now I have a car loan with no car and they refuse to help. I call they blow me off. They dont return phones. Its a shame. Now I will have to take time off of work because I will be taking them to court. There is no way an engine blows and the car is a new purchase.
