              On June 15th, I ordered a wine colored sweater cardigan small from ****************** It was order number ******. Website claimed it would be shipped priority mail. On June 21, according to the email confirmation, I sent an email on reply mode to inquire about my order. I have not received a reply. On June 27th, I sent another email following up on order as well as a chat request. Chat response said they would be right with me and asked for details of my inquiry. After I typed details, there was no reply. I am still waiting for the reply to my second email but at this point, I dont expect their customer service to bother replying. This is false and misleading on their part to offer priority mail and still have no record of sending the product 10 days later.

              ********************* states he is the president of this company. I bought Chinese praying mantises from him on ***** They never hatched and he offered a refund if I sent them back. I sent them back and he never refunded my money. I have a large following of farmers that were hoping to use him as their resource for these insects, but now have decided to go elsewhere for their product as this person is unreliable and dishonest. I do not recommend using his company or his service.
