              I rented a Uhaul from this location, about a week later the rude manager ******** calls me on the phone about additional charges. She kept talking over me and was very condescending in her manner and tone. She then tells me "pay the entire bill then I will consider dropping some oof the disputed charges". How rude and unprofessional. She was very argumentative and yelling. I asked her to give my name and number to her boss so that I can discuss it with him and she flat out refused saying no, why would I do that? Again I asked her "are you refusing to give my info to your boss and ask him to call me?" she again stated that she would not . This is about as horrible of customer service I've ever seen! It's outrageous. I noticed from the other reviews that customer service is not a priority at this location (wish I would have read that first) so I recommend that if you need a U haul in BX, DO NOT GO HERE!
