            I applied for an apartment and they refuse to process my application because I did not want to disclose my social security number as pursuant to 31cfr 1.32. I asked if it was mandatory and they said it's required, I ask them to show proof and they say it's online on the application. I spoke to the director ***** asking him what it's being used for and he said for a credit check, criminal background and identification. I told him my social security card is a credit card as pursuant to 15 usc 1602L. He kept repeating that he is using it to run my credit. I asked are we in consumer credit transaction he could not answer that. I told him if he take my social number then it's a consumer credit transaction. This is discrimation, credit is a right granted. There is another young lady that works there that very unwelcoming, her name is *******.

            The management for the Parkchester community are very unprofessional I was lied to several times about a move in date it went from being a week to then 3 weeks and ending with nothing is available right now it seems as if this is a money grabbing scheme.The management team never responds to emails and ************************* and **** should not be employed they lack professionalism and are extremely ***************** yelled and used profanity over the phone I have never encountered that in all my years of living from anywhere that I rented. They should inform people in advance about availability and not waste time.
