I had a locksmith: ********** *****, whom was the person that came out to meet with me and make a replacement key for my vehicle on 2/11/22. He is the owner of this company as it turns out. He assured me, several times, that my factory made key, (which was left in ******* while I was in ***), would work for me when I returned home to *******. Upon returning, my factory key to my vehicle does not work. This service cost me $350. I asked several times and each time was told that my key would work. Had this been the case, where my factory key would not work, I would not have proceeded with the service. I have attempted to contact him, no response. I have called the service line and they hang up on me, bounce my calls around, and then they drop the call. They are giving me fictitious names when I ask who I am speaking to when I call. Every time that I call I give the name of the last person whom I spoke to and they say "there is no one there by that name". This is a rip off. I now have to invest more money at the ****** dealer to fix what this man: Ziv *****/Owner did to my ignition. ****** had emailed him the exact details for the making of my key and he took the liberty to alter the ignitions key setting just to make his key work and get paid. These are people that take advantage of the vulnerable, they are rude, unprofessional, and what appears to be scammers. Customers should beware of Excel Locksmith *** and ********* *****.
