All Hispanic cashiers and workers who refuse to speak English to you. Nasty and rude every time I walk in there. They literally ignore AMERICANS and talk spanish to each other all day long. Disgusting.

I placed an order through the Food Bazaar Supermarket website from *******************************************. Upon checkout it stated my delivery would be free however, I was charged $5.99 for delivery. Unbeknownst to me, Instacart issued the charge. Food Bazaars website does not indicate that Instacart is responsible for delivery. I spoke with a representative from Instacart and Food Bazaar and each person stated that they had nothing to do with the delivery charge. Correction, Instacart stated that I needed to be a subscriber to reap the benefit of free delivery. I told Instacart that I shopped through Food Bazaars website, not Instacart. Thats when the representative suggested that I needed to speak with customer ********************** at Food **********************. He gave me the number, No one answered, of course. So I looked up the phone number to the supermarket, The representative gave the phone to her supervisor at Food Bazaar who stated, We Get So Many Phone Calls About This Issue. The Supermarket Has No Control Over That. She then gave me the phone number for the corporate office. She wasnt sure of the extension so I hit the prompt for a receptionist. The receptionist stated that the person who handles these cases was not in yet but she would transfer me to someone who could help. I said, thank you and she transferred me to the 800 number where no one answers the phone. I called the 718 number again and the call was immediately routed to the 800 number. This is why Im, now, informing you!!! You cant tell me that these people are not robbing the customers, flat out. Its game at its highest level especially, since the supervisor at Food Bazaar mentioned how many calls they receive regarding this issue. That means all the Food Bazaar Supermarkets and/or Instacart is getting $5.99, per customer, who does their online shopping through the Food Bazaar website, directly and not through Instacart. Food Bazaars website needs to stop indicating the delivery is free when they know it is not!SMH!!!!

Had a bad experience with security they harassed, threatened and defamed me by claiming I stole items when I did not it was a big argument of it at the door they said they seen me with a empty backpack when walking in but full when about to leave I was embarrassed people were looking like I was a criminal they continued to tell me to open my bag and I am not leaving than I simply said go ask the clerk did I purchase my items they said no than continued to say open my bag or they calling police so the threats was serious I finally showed then a flash of the receipt they then said what is in the bag again but they seen their supervisor or who manages the supermarket to let me out so I called police they shoe up but security lies to say they asked for my receipt only they did not tell the full story so another strike on them i was emotional, embarrassed, upset and scared after the conflict it was not proper how they handled the situation
