  The service was great, the communication between the company and us was great. The truck was delivered right on time. The driver that delivered our truck even gave my husband a ride back to our house!

  This company is extremely shady. I attempted to have them ship my vehicle and placed a booking online. During the confirmation callwhich was very sketchythe representative asked for my full card number, expiration date, and other details, which I refused to provide. As a result, the booking was never confirmed. Yet, the next day, I was charged a $149 fee. Ive since filed a dispute with my financial institution, as this is clearly a scam by a dishonest company.

  We understand your concerns and would like to clarify the situation. On 03/19/2025, you signed a contract for our services, agreeing to the terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy. When you requested to cancel on 03/20/2025, your order became subject to this policy, specifically outlined in section 8b of the signed contract.
  
  We appreciate any honest feedback, and we strive to offer the same in return. As a business, we invest significant time, effort, and resources to provide a seamless transport experience for our customers. While no one is obligated to use our services, utilizing our resources and then refusing to cover the associated costs is both unreasonable and unethical.
  
  SGT was hired to leverage our expertise in auto hauling and our proprietary, vetted motor carrier network to arrange transport with a licensed and insured carrier. We stand by our commitment to customers by executing binding contracts that ensure service quality. This commitment is made to benefit our customers, not to inconvenience them, and we expect the same level of commitment in return.
  
  Many first-time shippers may not realize the substantial effort required to coordinate transport, including carrier vetting to ensure compliance with government regulations and insurance requirements. Once a service contract is signed, we immediately take action to secure transport. Because of this, we uphold a strict cancellation policy, which we clearly communicate in multiple waysverbally, via our website, in customer emails, and within the signed contract itself.
  
  Unfortunately, by signing the contract, utilizing our resources, and then canceling, a cancellation fee was applied per the agreed terms. If you have any further questions or require clarification, please dont hesitate to reach out.

  This is an amazing vehicle transportation company. We were reluctant to have our vehicle shipped. We had to ************* move) from ************** to *****. Our biggest concern about this move was if we were going to have to drive two different vehicles. My husband wanted to be in the vehicle with my daughter and I so that we could experience it together as a family. SGT **** made is possible and all for a reasonable price. The transporter ****** was amazing. Him and my husband spoke for 30 minutes during the process of pick up and drop off. He was very friendly and made the pickup and handoff feel safe. SGT ****, thank you for a smooth and amazing vehicle shipping experience and please tell ****** we really appreciated his kindness and patience. I highly recommend this organization especially if you are in the military. The process: We reached out to them 2 weeks prior to pick up. They take your card info and will not charge you until they secure a driver. They gave me a range of 3 days to when the driver would be able to pick up the vehicle based off the timeframe we requested. I requested the vehicle be picked up on the 24th of February. They gave me a pickup date range between the 24th through the 26th. ****** reached out to me early on the 24th and let me know he would be able to pick the vehicle up later that night. He texted me when he was 30 minutes out and he got the vehicle to us that Friday (Feb 28th). That's when we had to pay the remainder of the cost. It was easy and smooth and the vehicle arrived fast. The price was very reasonable as well.We definitely plan to go with this company again via our next military move. Thank you all so much. My husband was hesitant to have the vehicle shipped at first because it was his first time, but you guys made him feel comfortable and worry free. Thank you all for your excellent service, price, and process. We will be working with you all again in the future!

  This was my 1st time shipping a car ever & across country so I was scared, My son in law used this company before so I tried it. SGT Auto transport had the best price (about $400 cheaper) to get my 2022 ***** accord sport from ********** to *************** I called a lot of places, they will call u when their coming to pick up & drop off so ur ready. It took about 2weeks or less to get my car, there was no problems with my car, I shipped the car with some of my belongings in it, nothing was touched. The driver who dropped it off was nice. The only thing I didnt like was its a 3 day window to pick up the car, maybe I didnt hear that part, Im not sure but that caused a bit of a problem since I had already got my plane ticket, so glad my friend was flexible with leaving it at her house, then they wanted to charge me additional $500 to have it picked up same day. So they need to clarify that part of the contract. So I took 1 star off for that.But overall Im glad my car made it with no problems & no extra charges.I would recommend this company.

  Horrible service. Their representative told me I have to secure a quote for pick up next day. I waited 1 week because my truck wasnt ready for pickup. Their website says they guarantee pickup next day and they lied. They said they couldnt guarantee pickup next day but I have to sign a contract stating they can try to find a driver. They rush you into a contract otherwise they wont attempt to find you a driver. They dont go over any cancellation policy with you. You cant reach them by phone and only through an online chat. During the online chat they dont make you aware of any cancellation policy. They are extremely misleading. Theyre charging me $150 for canceling when they didnt even do anything. I asked them to cancel this morning because they couldnt find me a driver and followed up with me 5 hours later after I had canceled. The manager said hes still charging me after i discussed how misleading theyve been. I didnt use their services and canceled early in the morning with ample time. They shouldnt charge anything as they didnt do anything. They rush you into a contract and didnt not make you aware of any cancellation policy. This is fraud.

  No one is forced to use our services. However, utilizing our resources and then choosing not to pay for the costs associated is unreasonable and unethical.

  SGT was hired to leverage our auto-hauling industry expertise and proprietary vetted motor carrier network to secure transport with a licensed and insured carrier. Unlike most brokers, we stand by our commitment to providing the best service possible by executing contract agreements that bind our commitment to our customers. This is to help, not hinder them. We take that commitment seriously and expect the same in return.

  What the general public and many first-time shippers may not understand is the extensive resourcing required to set up transport and vet carriers for proper government and insurance credentials. The moment a service contract is signed, we take immediate action to resource that transport.

  We therefore maintain a strict cancellation policy and we go to great lengths to be transparent by communicating this in many ways; verbally, on our website, linked in customer emails, and within the signed customer contract. Unfortunately, the customer breached our mutual written contract,  used our resources, then canceled, making a cancellation fee applicable.

  Additionally, per our contract:

  CSC Violation of Term (B): Cancellation occurred before the estimated pickup window expired.

  CSC Violation of Term (C): Cancellation occurred due to double-booking with another broker.

  
  We remain committed to fair and ethical business practices while ensuring that our policies are clear and consistently enforced.

  This company was supposed to be top notch but top price (expensive) also. They sent me a $100 coupon to my email when I was comparing different companies. I went with them for reliability. ****. No deal there. They gave me a three-day pick-up window. When I asked for the $100 discount, they said they couldn't apply it to 'my' transport. So it was scheduled with the 3-day window. However, they can't take the deposit until they give a pick-up day. Just so happens, an hour after my initial call, they gave me a pick-up date for the next day at 3pm, then charged my credit card immediately. At 2pm the next day when everyone was waiting on the truck, they called to reschedule for two days later. Does that sound honest? Not to me! The ************** they hired, ******* Express Transit called me an hour before the scheduled pick-up and said he overscheduled or overloaded and could not pick-up until two days later. This company does a good talk, but it's just talk, they are all the same in this business.If *************** does not show up, I will be back here to update. Meanwhile people need to know about this little scam they do to get your money ASAP before you change your mind. Read the 12-page contract!!

  I booked with SGT Auto Transport because they guaranteed my quote was was final. However a few hours later they called me back saying my offer went up $600. keep in mind I signed my contract with the first lower quote. I canceled with them because they pulled a bait and switch and they charged me $149 because I canceled. *** misleads customers, hides information and penalizes you when you refuse their scam.

  Everything was excellent. Booked a transport for a ***** from ** to ****** on Saturday for an earliest pickup on Monday. They picked up the car on Monday at 1:00 pm and delivered it in ****** on Tuesday at 4:30 pm. Everything was easy, communication was great and the price was good. I would definitely recommend ****
