    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! We contracted with this company for transport of our son's car from ********** to **. In reading reviews prior to transport, this seemed like a high rated company. I see now that it depends on the company with which they broker with. This is not a transport company. It is a broker. Per our contract, our son's car should have been here "no later than" 7/29. It is now 7/31 and we received no communication at all from the company. We finally called today to inquire and we were told that the truck is in ******* waiting for a part. I totally understand that things can happen on the road, however, NOTHING was communicated until we called. This company does not follow up regarding your transport and I guarantee you that when they respond to this message they will tell you that the shipping times are "just estimates". Again, I understand that "things happen", however, communication is key. My husband texted the driver several times with no response . I called the SGT this afternoon and spoke to "****". **** did not know who his supervisor was. When I pressed him for this information, I asked him who he could call if he had to call in sick. He did respond that he woud call "****" who was not surprisingly "not available". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you need communication. My car is somewhere in ******* under contract to be delivered "no later" than 7/29. As of THIS EVENING, the part for the truck has not been delivered. There is no way that the car will be delivered to the ******* area by tomorrow as they are telling me. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    I had a great experience moving my 2017 ****** Legacy from *****, ***** to ******, *******. The pick up driver was very friendly and explained things to me. The car got to ****** before I was there to accept it so they stored it for me for about a week. It was delivered today and the driver again was very friendly and kept me informed of delivery time. I would recommend SGT.

    Great services. It is super easy to work with them. You can request the quote online and in a minute you will have it. Make the first payment then the dispatch gives you an estimated pick up date and arrival. The drivers are polite and responsive. I have used their service twice and will use them again.

    First time user of any *************************** service, and SGT came recommended to me by a friend of a friend. I had driven with my dog from West to East and my dog ended up car sick and not having a good road ****** all. I couldnt put him through it again so decided to ship my car back to **. It was an excellent experience. The communication was stellar from the people who book the transport, to the drivers and everyone in between. Its nerve wracking to entrust your vehicle to somebody you dont know and when booking, they answered my many questions, which I truly appreciated. Lots of ways to pay: Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, cash, bank check. A portion is taken at pickup and you pay the balance upon drop off. I felt the price was very fair. My driver, *****, was outstanding; friendly, professional, and he even made it in five days from MA to **. I would highly recommend SGT and would use this company again. Such great customer service.     ******** was picked up and delivered safely. Understandably there is logistical issues in picking up multiple cars and traveling across country. Provided that allowance, I do wish there was better communication as to the dates and times of when the vehicle was to be delivered. But overall I would use SGT again. SGT had the best price for covered transportation.

    This was my first experience with a cross-country delivery of a car purchased online and I could not be happier. From the first phone call to set up pick up to delivery on the west coast, SGT was responsive and professional. The car was transported in an enclosed semi and arrived in beautiful condition. The driver was very careful unloading the car and professional in completing the final transaction.
