    I chose the priority service next day pick-up. I was pleased to have selected that service because the transporter pick up my vehicle the next day and delivery it within the 3 day window as advertised. My vehicle arrived in perfect condition. The driver exemplified excellent service. I will most definitely use *** again.

    The service and the constant follow up was outstanding. The driver was very friendly, and I would absolutely use them again to ship my car. The biggest positive for me was how many times they called me to let me know the status and how things were going. That was just so excellent. I found out that they were a broker and not the actual company that owns the trucks and that was fine. Because of the constant updates and the friendly customer service agents as well as the professional and friendly driver I would recommend this company to anyone needing to ship their car somewhere

    I signed a contract with *** to have my new car transported to ******* from ********* in a closed container and paid extra for a "guaranteed pickup day" which was yesterday. They never picked up my car. They never provided a shipper. They let me know only at 11:00PM last night (the day of "guaranteed pickup") that they still didn't have a shipper for me with a closed container. I waited to cancel the contract until after midnight because if I canceled it last night I would have owed them $149 for s******* me. I hired another shipper this morning who is picking up the car this afternoon. I do not recommend trusting this company. They are not honest brokers. They quoted me a low price without even knowing if they could find a shipper at that price. They couldn't deliver and left me high and dry with only an apology and a usesless "guarantee".

    I hired another company besides **** I called *** asking questions and let them know right away I was working with another company. I explained we hadnt heard back and were concerned. *** said call first thing Monday-here is the thing they agreed to help if the other company didnt BUT sign an agreement. I was ok with it because he said its ok to call first thing if you talk to the other guy. I talk to the other company they confirmed pick up first thing in the morning before *** had a chance to do anything on our order, call *** and I see my credit card get charged!I also start getting nasty e mails. I save all of these send them to my credit card company and eventually they refund me stating I was not truly on contract. A month later *** has the nerve to turn this into collections. FOR WHAT?? They didnt do anything. They claim they scheduled drivers?? Really? The other company confirmed it wasnt possible.

Please note that, as per point 22 of the signed contract terms and conditions, any credit card dispute or chargeback, whether for services rendered or applicable cancellation fees, is reviewed in accordance with those terms. Specifically, the clause states:

    "22. Disputes and Collections. Any credit card dispute/chargeback, whether for services rendered or applicable cancellation fees, will be reviewed in accordance with the above-mentioned terms and conditions. If a dispute arises and is escalated to our collections agency, additional fees may be imposed."

    As part of the agreement, each customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions before signing the contract. It is also clearly outlined that a chargeback will not be filed for services provided by SGT Auto Transport. We kindly ask you to reach out to our customer service team with any other concerns you may have.

    We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Had our old family car (non running) transported from ****, ** to ******, **. Very professional. Entire process was easy. So very thankful for their wonderful service. We would definitely use them again if needed.
