    I will never use this company again.

    Deceptive advertising and I will report the deceptive quoting practice to the Better Business Bureau. I received a message stating I was eligible for a discounted quote, which is only the regular “Cash Quote.”

    The next day, I received another message saying I was now eligible for another discount, which was $50 less. When I called to take advantage of the new discount, a credit card fee was applied, $50. I will tell everyone I talk to about this misleading practice. This situation makes me feel upset and feel cheated by this companies "discount / no discount" practices. The public should know about this! I want my $50 back and an apology from management.

    Was quote on 2/8 of a guaranteed "no later than 2/12"...it's in my quote of between 2/9 and 2/12 pick up. They sent the quote to another 3rd party i guess, who didn't pick up vehicle until 2/15. Then also had a delivery date of "no later than 2/18"....yeah that flew by and driver delivered 10pm on 2/22, made me meet him at an offsite location in the dark. SGT's only response was "we're sorry you can negotiate a discount with the truck driver"......yeah OK he's got my car and my keys stating to pay the full amount or don't get your car. SGT obviously took their $$, sent out to the lowest/late bidder. So what should have only taken a few days went from 2/9 until 2/22 a full 13 days later to receive a dirty car, late and forced to try and negotiate with the truck driver.

    no i would not use again or recommend. For $1685 spend your money elsewhere.

    This company was great! They communicated throughout the entire process. My daughters car was delivered early and the prices were reasonable! I would recommend!

    SGT moved a vehicle for us from Illinois to Arizona. Phone operators were professional and answered all questions for us as first time users of their service. They picked up vehicle when they said they would and delivered on schedule as promised. Driver was communicative during final day of transport so we knew exactly what time he would deliver the vehicle. This was a great first time experience for us with this type of service. Thank you.
