            On August 2 2023, I called HotelNparking @ ************. I made reservation for Hotel/Park Cruise package for April 6-7, **** and returning April 14, **** (Car Pickup) @ *** **** **** in ***** **. The man made the Reservation and told me $34.20 deposit and rest of Payment Due at check in. I gave him my Credit card info and he gave me a reservation #***********, and said the confirmation and reservation info would come to my email address I gave him. I have not received any info concerning this reservation. I called *** **** **** and they told me they have nothing for me in April ****, Nothing from HotelNParking #.I have called two numbers ***************************** and left messages, no one has respond to my calls, no one answers the phone anymore. I have sent emails to all email address ******************************** ********************************** I have not received an email from them at all. I would like to get my money back, since I will have to reserve another Place. I'm going to let the credit card company know about this also. Thank You for your Time

            My experience with website hotelnparking is a scam. Here is my experience use your own judgement. Sequence:1. on 13th Feb 2023 through ****** search engine found hotelnparking offering lower rate than competitors. Hotelnparking website shows bbb accredited. So I fell for the deal 2. You need to create an account on ********************** website before you can reserve parking and stay. Went ahead registered myself on their site with my personal information. 3. Made the reservation provided credit card information while booking. This site doesn't tell you upfront that what you are booking really dont exist. After you complete booking you get a pop up we are reviewing you will receive an email once your reservation is approved. On 13th Feb 2023, reservation is for 14th Feb 2023. Waited 5 hours no email confirmation. Called hotelnparking numerous times no response. Sent emails no response. My question here is if hotel didn't honor the reservation why no call back or email from hotelnparking. I called the hotel they don't have my reservation. Here again my question if it takes hotelnparking 48 hours or longer to respond Why would they accept reservation for within 24 hours.To say the least I spent lot of time effort to get hold of hotelnparking, no response. To me this is a big scam they collect your information who knows what happens to your personal information. Please be vigilant
