I left my two dogs for boarding from January 11th 2022 until January 21, 2022 when I picked them up. But on Thursday January 20th in the evening as I was still in ******* Dogtopia sends me a picture of one of my dogs with an open wound on the top of his head with dry blood and the skin exposed. He also lost a nail scratches on his back legs a patch on the side of his legs where he lost hair.I asked them numerous times, how did this happen to this day they have not told me what happen to my dog.. I paid for boarding them for 11 days $ 1.734.96. When I saw a picture that they sent me of my dog I advised them to immediately take him to the vet which the manager ****** did on 1/ 21/2022 the cost for that visit was $106.00. On that Visit my vet was not in the office that day so my dog was seen by a Technician. As I called the airlines to get my ticket change to return home earlier that same day to deal with this situation. A week later my dog is Not healing ,so I returned back to the vet on 2/8/2022 to get rechecked and the vet advised me that my dog suffer a trauma to the head...the cost for that visit was $221.00. I have had to deal with this company telling me that there is nothing they can do for me, Its not acceptable we spent a lot of money for the well being of my dog and when I took my dog for the boarding he had Zero marks on his body.. I hope you can help me with a solution, I would not want any other dog lover to have to deal with these issues. I have spoken to the company a bunch of times, and we even went to the store with the pictures, that I am including today. We went back to Dogtopia spoke to a New store manager. and all he continued to tell us , was that he could not promise a solution... My dog was injured that needs to count for something..I hope you can help me. Thank you...
