              I ordered one of their magazine holsters and added a note stating that I require one specific for my pistol's magazine shape. It was my mistake to assume that they could custom fit a holster like that; I am aware of my own mistake. But my issue with this company is that they actually read and acknowledged my request for the custom size (I received my invoice with my note specifically circled/highlighted by their staff) and they still sent out the order knowing it wasn't what I asked for or going to work for me. Then, they did not respond to my multiple emails regarding this issue for almost two weeks. When they did finally respond to my concern, it was in a snarky, unprofessional manner about how it's my own fault for assuming they could do that. This lack of respect for customers and lack of focus on customer satisfaction is not okay for a business. Their products might be good, but their customer service is awful.

              Our delay in responding to customer email was it ended up in spam folder and was not discovered till later. As for the product, customer was shipped exactly what he ordered, which in fact does fit the magazine he needed it for, it just did not have the changes he wanted. Customer ordered a standard stock product, not a custom product. I am sorry he assumes products can be changed to meet his needs. We did also tell the customer he could return at his expense per our return policy. Customer should have contacted us before ordering.
