      I wonder if I can give negative stars and you will still post this on their website your own site here where I'm writing this the BBB!!! I have a huge complaint about these people and the company of yahoo I have been having a major problem with people hacking my email well alexcocagmail.com is one of those people he has gotten into my Gmail my yahoo you name it now he is trying to steal my 2023 tax return I do not know this man or woman from **** which is why I am taking this here and next it will be to yahoo and ****** as well I would go to the eztax web site to complain but they do not offer any such thing and I just keep getting bounced around even though I have proof it even approved my ID of who I said I was and I do not know alexcocagmail.com but he will have something coming his way soon I hope ****** and yahoo both review this and what I tell them on their website and take proper action to deal with people like this because they are worth less and its a good thing a disabled ex firefighter can have piece of mind in times like this knowing he can get his taxes back from what he paid into them thank you for the chance you inform people that even if you prove your identity with eztax they will still side with the hackers and yahoo helps them all the way too

      The program kept timing out when I was almost to the last step. I had to go back through the steps at least ten times before I finally finished.A nice customer service rep helped me through the last time until I finally made it to the last step.It then took another hour to finally get the forms downloaded & printed.

      did my taxes yesterday with you for the first time. it was easy enough however I agree with the gentleman about not being advised about the cost until all was done. I was under the impression that it was free. Today I tried to contact your office as I'm unable to get a hard copy. I was advised there was no human to speak with and was forced to leave a message. I'm hoping someone will call me as that will determine whether or not I would use this site next year. I'm only leaving 3 stars for the reasons indicated.
