      Company is absolutely disgraceful. They have a 100% money back guarantee. Within 5 minutes of signing up, I had a sinking feeling in my gut and I decided to search for the company. I found a post on a social media website describing a bad experience then all these BBB reviews. I called ******, ***** ***** business associate, back immediately and told him I would like to cancel. Ive been going back and forth with ****** for 30 days Ive even emailed and texted Elder. Dillens blaming the owner for the refund not processing and I havent heard ANYTHING back from Elder. WELL, I just woke up this morning to ANOTHER $99 charge in my account so not only have I not been refunded for my original purchase but they are STILL charging me for services I requested cancel over a month ago.Fellow real estate agents run for the hills!!!

      They will call you and promise social media management, SEO for ****** business page and a fully fleshed out website that integrates all of it together. All this for a very attractive price. What they did was take over a month to not even finish the website. No social media management at all. Not even the banner change they offered. No SEO for ****** business page. Ignore twice as many emails as they would answer. All to ghost you what you ask for a cancellation confirmation and refund. I hope this serves as a warning to all. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.
