      I contracted with RE Digital for their $199/month Website/Marketing Program, which included a website setup, SEO, IDX/MLS integration, and marketing support. Despite providing the required information and following up multiple times, the services were never delivered within the promised 14–21 business day timeframe—or at all. I have requested a refund on numerous occasions, but RE Digital has failed to provide one. I am seeking a full refund of all payments made for services that were never delivered.

      I contracted with Elder ***** to build a website. In the contract, he promised — and guaranteed — top ranking in five ZIP codes for my work as a real estate agent. He also stated the site would be continuously updated with SEO keywords to increase visibility and ranking.

      Since receiving the site, it has ranked nowhere. The only way to find it is by typing in the exact web address. I have sent over 15 emails requesting reports and addressing issues. In the beginning, Elder would respond with “Yes, I’ll get it to you,” but I never received anything. Eventually, he stopped responding altogether.

      During this time, he changed the MLS link several times, and I’ve even received calls from vendors stating they had canceled his services for non-payment. Today, the site is essentially non-functional — the MLS links are missing, the design is just a mock-up, and it is not generating results. Elder refuses to take responsibility and will not respond to any communication.

      I signed up for their services where they guaranteed me two listings within two months or my money back. Four months and they had yet to design my website and I had no listings let alone leads. When I requested canceling the service, the CEO emailed me back saying he had tightened the parameters on my website search and that should work. this point I still don’t have a website. He completely disregarded my request for a refund and never responded.

      I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the unethical and deceptive practices of [Company Name], with whom I engaged for digital marketing services over a year ago.

      I paid for a service package that included SEO management, work with Google, regular blog postings on my social media, and consistent website updates to generate traffic. Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver on these promises. My website has not ranked as expected, and it appears they did no work on Google or social media as required.

      Attempts to meet with the company owner regarding these issues were repeatedly canceled. When I sought a solution, I was told to leave, and they vaguely promised to return my digital data. However, upon notifying them I would transfer my business elsewhere, they denied me access to my digital content, cut off communication, and canceled all services.

      This conduct is unprofessional and harmful. I respectfully request the FTC investigate this matter and assist in:
      1. Recovering my digital content and rightful property.
      2. Holding the company accountable for failing to fulfill their contractual obligations.
